Statt der bestellten Napapijri Pullover kam eine low-cost Sonnenbrille. Trotz Retoure und viel Schriftwechsel hin und her, kein Rückerstattung erhalten. FAKE Shop - mehr kann man hier leider nicht sagen. Instead of the Napapijri sweaters I ordered via the "ffw-oberpoering.de" website, I received a pair of low-cost sunglasses. After returns and a lot of correspondence back and forth, no refund received. FAKE store - unfortunately that's all I can say here.

I ordered a pair of walking shoes the 08.11.2023, for the amount of 75 USD. They charged me more 100 USD. I did not receive anything for months. The 05.01.2024 I received sunglasses in the value 5 USD ! in my letterbox !!! Never ordered this pair of cheap sunglasses!!!... Take care with this maybe firm!!
It is not even worth 1 star! I ordered stussy sweaters at stussys.nl but didn’t get any confirmation also no reactions to my mail.. my registration was gone.. but money was taken out of my creditcard by a company called tophousegoods.. and after months I received an ugly scarf I did not order! The sweaters were meat to be presents for my kids for Christmas. Instead we lost more than a 100 dollars
I ordered shoes for the amount of 80 USD on the fake website pajarschweiz.com. They charged me more than 100 USD. Then I didn't receive anything for weeks. Finally and after a lot of E-Mails I received ugly sunglasses in the value of 5 USD. They offered me first a refund of 40%! Otherwise I would have to return the sunglasses to China and they don't recommend it, because it will be expensive. And I am sure they would claim, the package never arrived. So I asked for a 100% refund anyway. They gradually tried to calm me down, now they offered me 50%, which is still way off! I am still working at it. Never order there, it is a fraud site!

I ordered via fake eshop (Topoathletics shoes) and my VISA was processed by tophousegoods.com. Instead of the ordered goods zero value ugly chinese glasses arrived. I requested chargeback and got the money back.
I made a purchase on the above website (supposedly Kurt Geiger shoes) which is apparently owned by Tophousesgoods.com from Hong Kong, USD 112 Since then, I've tried emailing them. I got a fake confirmation email and since then, my emails are bouncing. I feel very stupid and already reported them as fraudulent merchant to my bank.

Hi everybody, I ordered some sandals over the online shop bedrocksandalsdeutschland.de . It is owned by TopHousesGoods as I found out later. I feel stupid now, that I made the money transaction of 78€ from my creditcard to this tophousesgoods account in Hong Kong without any hesitation or bad feelings. Three weeks later I recieved a package which didn't contained my sandals but super cheap fake sunglasses. When I tried to contact customer service I got fake answers that they are trying to solve the case but can't and that they are working on it. They never send me a refund or anything. But they used a tons of different support links and customer service mail adresses, which make it hard to trace them back to the original online shop. Online I found out that there is a lot of people getting scammed by these people. Interesting is that I have the adress from where the package is sent from: It is: Hu Qiong 212, 2nd Floor, No. 7 Zhannan Road, Zhenjiang, District: Shaoguan, GuangDong 512023 China, Phone: 8618026359696 -> But probably a scam too. The Online shop where I bought the sandals is already offline again. I wrote the original brand (bedrock sandals) who was a bit supprised. But they said that they would try to do something against the scamming. Maybe thats why the online shop is offline again. Now I'm trying to make my bank to charge-back money. But this is aparently impossible... Thanks Barclays. Such a waste of money and time... I hope you have more luck in that than me. Peace Victor
The website name santoni.ae is owned by tophousesgoods.com. They do not have any contact number and do not respond by emails. I have spent $ 120 and not received my products till date. I have been waiting for their response since past few days.
Scam website set up to deliberately swindle people out of money. Don't fall for it.
