My experience with them has proven that this firm operates with highly predatory and toxic compliance behavior, specifically designed to deny payouts to consistently profitable accounts.To give some context, I work a highly demanding 12-hour professional job from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM every single day. Because of this grueling "8-to-8" schedule, I have absolutely zero time or interest in managing automated copy trading software, setting up scripts, or using third-party EAs. I am purely a manual trader who spots precise, fast-moving structural setups on Gold Spot (XAUUSD) during the very limited free moments I get within my working hours. Due to the high volatility of Gold, I had to execute my positions across my different personal accounts manually and rapidly to capture the exact same market entry before the price moved.I put immense energy into remaining consistently profitable over a 3-to-5-day period under my hectic schedule. However, the exact moment I requested a payout, their risk compliance team stepped in and terminated all my active accounts under the guise of the "Copy Trading / Group Trading" policy due to overlapping timestamps.The biggest red flag is that they do not issue any live notifications or immediate warnings during active trading when these accidental manual timestamp overlaps occur under their 30-minute rule. They quietly let you absorb 100% of the trading risks, and once you become profitable and ask for your payout, they use their automated system metrics to confiscate your hard-earned gains. When you lose capital, they gladly keep it. When you win through pure manual talent under exhausting 12-hour work conditions, they steal it. This is a thoroughly unethical prop firm. Save your time, money, and emotional energy, and switch to firms that respect manual compliance and fair human audits!
Hello Liam, We respectfully disagree with the statements made in your review, particularly given the multiple opportunities that were provided to you. As clearly outlined in our policy: If you own multiple Top One Trader FUNDED accounts, you must not place identical trades within 30 minutes of each other across those accounts. To avoid being flagged for copy trading, make sure there's a minimum 30-minute gap between identical trades on different funded accounts you own. During our previous review, we identified Copy Trading violations across four funded accounts. Although this constituted a breach of our prohibited trading policies, on 18 June we chose to make an exception by resetting all four accounts and allowing you to continue trading. The rule was clearly explained to you, and our review email specifically stated that any further violation would result in account termination. Despite this goodwill gesture and prior warning, our latest review on 2nd july identified the same prohibited trading activity again across your accounts. You also state that we allowed you to “absorb 100% of the risk.” We do not believe this fairly reflects what occurred. When violations were first identified across four accounts, we could have enforced the applicable policy at that stage. Instead, we absorbed the cost of resetting all four accounts and gave you another opportunity to continue trading. Therefore, it is difficult to understand how the risk was entirely yours when we provided full resets following activity that had already breached our prohibited trading rules. We have done our best to provide you with opportunities beyond what our policies normally allow. However, it is neither feasible nor fair to other traders for us to continue issuing resets after repeated violations of the same policy, particularly after a clear prior warning. We are also disappointed by the timing of this review. Following the latest decision, you requested that we provide another free reset. Only after we explained that a further exception was not possible did this one-star review appear. While we fully respect your right to share your experience and feedback, we believe it is important that the full context including the previous violations, the four free resets provided on 18 June, the clear final warning, and the subsequent repeated violations is presented fairly and transparently.
