THIS SO CALLED COMPANY IS A BIG SCAM I PLACED AND ORDER JANUARY 12 2024 AND HERE IT IS THE MIDDLE OF MARCH AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT . I EMAILED THEM AND SOMEONE NAME FIONA SMITH RESPONDED BACK SAYING THAT THE POST OFFICE WAS BACKED UP AND PLEASE ALLOW MORE TIME ! AND HAD THE NERVE TO SAY THEY WILL OFFER ME A 10% REFUND WHEN I RECEIVE MY ORDER ! I AM SOOOO PISSED I WORK HARD FOR MY MONEY FOR THESE THIEVES TO JUST TAKE IT !!!! I WANT MY D*** MONEY BACK $42.38 ASAP !!! I’M HAPPY TO SAY I GOT A REFUND ! I DISPUTED IT THROUGH MY BANK !!!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. This company took my money but never delivered the items. The tracking number that they gave me was bogus. They responded once to my request for more information by telling me to wait 10 days. Then they stopped responding to me. Don't risk your money or waste your time.

Toppoparts? I have the order confirmation and the store I ordered from was Welher. When I received the order it came under the name Toppoparts. They keep changing their name. I looked back at my Facebook post and they now changed their name to Monicaland. Do not order from any of these companies. Disputing this with our credit card company.
