received items though they look nothing like advertised. tried to contact them and they have closed their shop on the SHOP site, and have no customer service. SCAMMERS

If I could give no stars I would. This company a complete fraud. Didn't get what I ordered. No response to inquiries on phone or email.

Ordered 2 jumpers

Ordered 2 jumpers, finally recieved after 5 weeks & nothing like advertisement. Cheap crap. When contacting them for a refund, no response to emails. Absolute fraudsters, do not buy from these guys, check out reviews on goggle, numerous people never recieve anything, or get crap like mine. Returns are at ur cost, but they never answer emails to get an address to send it to

What a complete rip off! They advertise a great product, and you only get an Itty bitty bottle of glass repellent. Same one in Walmart 5 times the amount of one bottle for 15.00. Not buy 2 get one free for 35.00. Shut them down!!!!!!!

I ordered two tops, this the second time they said they have been delivered. I have received nothing from this company. Do not order from them. Need to be labeled as FRAD! My order went in October 2, 2023.

I have had order in for four weeks and still sitting at waiting for pick up. The 1800 number doesn’t have a business recording and you can only leave a message for no return call.

I ordered 2 tops the same in a medium the 1 come in a XL and the other 1 was a medium but in 2 different styles that I ordered and 2 different colours as well

Dishonest website The product I ordered was absolutely nothing like what was advertised. If anything it was complete junk. Not even worth sending back straight into the bin. Let this be a warning for anyone don’t trust them

I ordered a ceramic chicken from lunedesigner.com that is somehow associated with toppoarts...The chicken was supposed to be ceramic and 8 inches tall...It arrived, is 4 1/2"tall and is resin or plastic...Total scam...Chinese junk, and not even good Chinese junk....AVOID!

I ordered a wooden Puzzle of a baseball team and I kept waiting for updates. I received 1 that said it had been ordered and would be updated when it was shipped. I saw other peoples comments and said good luck getting it. I finally then started seeing updates. It seemed like I was going to finally going to get. But then noticed all the destinations it was you going to. The last update I saw it was going to a place it Florida and was out for delivery and then it was delivered. How they got that address it beyond me. Facebook should be vetting these companies. This company is a scam. Don’t buy anything from them. SCUMBAGS!!!!!

Lamp

I ordered a nightmare before Christmas lamp have just received it after waiting a month numerous email sent to them but not one reply. Opened the package and one of the figures arm was broken and the other figure was completely broken away from the lamp I am absolutely furious 😠 😡 do not order from this awful company

False advertising = fraud merchant!

This online merchant should be shutdown for false advertising. The pics they show on their site are nothing like I got. Lifesize posable dolls were nothing but 11" black rubber dolls. A sitting goblin with feathers and clothes vs a tacky handpainted ceramic item that a child could have made better. Their return policy is' at your expense', why, I never ordered crap in the first place!!!
