This online merchant should be shutdown for false advertising. The pics they show on their site are nothing like I got. Lifesize posable dolls were nothing but 11" black rubber dolls. A sitting goblin with feathers and clothes vs a tacky handpainted ceramic item that a child could have made better. Their return policy is' at your expense', why, I never ordered crap in the first place!!!
I ordered several blouse and a couple dresses that were basically made similar to a sack thinking, okay, they're cute and I shouldn't experience any size issue since there's no real shoulder definition, etc. WRONG! The blouses fit as long as you stand in place and don't go reaching or turning in them. I even ordered up a size based on their size chart. The dresses have yet to arrive! Their customer service claim is a downright lie. All they do is go back and forth with their so-called efforts to assist, and each time it's a different representative? Like others have mentioned, no refunds or returns offered just a discounted voucher to buy from them again; why would I do that after this issue??? This has been going on since early mid-March. I wish I had looked this site up before purchasing. I will definitely tag it as my go=to page for future reviews. This business, as well as others like them should be shut down. They're scamming trusting consumers.
