Customer service is good and helpful and produc is great foholo f19 beast f Dropped it crashed it and even got drove on and still goes well just got to maintain it it's hard at first but with help and patience my foholo f19 has about 3500 miles on it only had tires and brake livers and seat to change

No wiring diagram to help trouble…

No wiring diagram to help trouble shoot. Display works. Lights work. Horn works. Throttle control, FOC controller, or both motors including the recently purchased one does not work. I will never purchase parts or new toys from this company ever again. Top rider won’t help you fix their products. Top rider will sell you replacement parts all day long but refuse to give useful instructions and diagrams so people have to purchase new toys instead of fixing the ones already purchased.

I wanted to share my experience with Foholo & the staff that work there. I have had nothing but Good interaction with support staff @ Foholo. The support has been top notch. Experienced, knowledgeable, personal and very Helpful. I am a 55 yr. Old Man child whom Carrie's this kick scooter up and down 3 flights of stairs. So worth it though, knowing I am going out on an exciting and excilerating Adventure on my F15 scooter! Forever Young. Quick customer service and great product

I had originally ordered the wrong wheel and they swiftly corrected the issue and sent the correct rear wheel with no delay. I installed the rear wheel and it works perfectly with no issues at all. The packaging was a little barebones being only 2 small Styrofoam squares held in place by the weight of the wheel but I could see it being damaged by the post.

I recently bought 2 Z39's

I recently bought 2 Z39's. I have put 220 miles on them so far and they have been performing excellent. Lots of power and my most recent trip was 22 miles with my wife, riding average of 20 mph. 4 out of 5 bars left on battery meter. The questions that I had about steering dampers were answered promptly and professionally. On our last trip wife was behind me and noticed my tail light fell out. I went on the website to order replacement. Shortly after ordering I received an email regarding my purchase. They asked me if everything was ok with my recently purchased scooters as I ordered a taillight. I mentioned that the light had fallen out not sure how it gotten damaged. They refunded my purchase and sent it no charge. They said it was covered under warranty. I am beyond pleased so far with the scooters and the customer service they are backed by. I have a couple friends that are buying sets so we can ride together. Huge shout out to these guys. I highly recommend the Z39!
