I recently spoke with Derek Lee about TopStack’s Personal Recruiting service, and the consultation exceeded my expectations. Derek was personable, sincere, transparent, and clearly interested in understanding my career rather than simply delivering a sales pitch. Our scheduled 30-minute consultation developed naturally into a conversation lasting nearly an hour. Derek listened carefully, answered my questions candidly, and explained how TopStack’s independent recruiters operate—including their autonomy, the importance of finding the right recruiter-client fit, and the option to request reassignment when necessary. I especially appreciated that he didn’t pretend every working relationship is automatically perfect. Derek also recognized that I entered the consultation with defined priorities and helped me think through the advantages of exploring several related roles that could capitalize on my broader leadership and technical experience. He followed through promptly after our conversation with the written service plan and every resource he promised. I ultimately enrolled because the consultation gave me confidence that TopStack understood what I was seeking. Although my recruiting engagement is just beginning, Derek provided an outstanding introduction to the company and its service.

Awesome Resume

Eric, Did an amazing job with my resume.

The writer am working with is…Tina.

The writer am working with is excellent. The resume she created was perfect - first draft. I value the ATS scanner ready ability that she provides. I have been frustrated with the way companies automatically “kick out” competent job candidates without even viewing my credentials and experience. This ability alone is worth the money.
