Ordered CB408 when it arrived the memory card was so corrupted it broke the OS on the device and I can't even access the boot loader to replace the OS emailed to retro including my order number a week ago and they have ignored me.
Pre-ordered a Miyoo Flip in January. Was told it was delayed. Then delayed. Then delayed. All notifications of my device not being shipped yet were initiated by me, 0 communication from ToRetro. Eventually I asked if I could just get another console shipped instead. They didn't offer any kind of reciprocal value to wasting 4 months of time. This change was initiated once again by me on April 13th. They promise 10-14 work days for shipping. So I asked for an update on the 23rd. They waited until the 23rd to even begin processing my device. So if you like to waste your time, get poor communication, and have customer service reps who couldn't care less then go with ToRetro. I'm sure there are better options out there that actually will respect their customers, their money and their time.
I had a great experience shopping with ToRetro. Shipping was quick and well packaged. The TrimUI Brick is my new favorite pocket-friendly retro handheld!
A very interesting selection of products. Fast delivery and attractive prices.
fast delivery, everything worked great :)
I bought two consoles, the Ambernic RG34XX and the Miyoo Mini, and the experience was excellent. A free case is included with each purchase.
I got the Anberbic RG34xx from ToRetro. They were very professional and I received my handheld faster than I often do with other sellers. I love the 34xx and havnt had any issues with the device that I received. They have been there to answer the few questions I have had however. I will get another handheld from ToRetro again.
Product arrived quickly, great communication.
I got an RG35xx SP from them! Seller I was communicating with was very kind :-)
Received a TrimUI Brick from ToRetro, no issues at all.
I got my hands on a Miyoo Mini console from ToRetro, and honestly, they were amazing! They kept me updated every step of the way and were so helpful whenever I had questions. Setting up the device was super easy because they gave me guidance and made sure I had everything I needed. Such a smooth and friendly experience—I’d totally recommend them to anyone!
Great store. Very good communication, great customer service and fast shipping.
For the price, this is a small box of fun. There are so many games that take me back to my youth. I like the design and it feels well-built despite being plastic, and has a weight to it that feels ergonomic. The screen is sharp and clear. The o/s is a bit clunky, but you get used to it. But it is the game and system selection that came bundled with mine that is impressive.
Working with To Retro was the absolute best. I am absolutely in love with my new Anbernic 406v! Shipping, product, customer service…superb. I couldn’t be happier. Thank you
