I love your lashes. I ride them on the motorcycle and they never move! You should market that. I have plenty of pictures to prove!

The lip stain is not a stain it comes right off. I will be requesting a credit or an exchange for a gloss. I like the gloss however do not like the lip stick ..it’s definitely not a stain
Hi Donna, We appreciate the time you took to review our lip products. We are sorry you didn't receive what you expected and we are happy to help. In reviewing your order, I see you purchased Velvet Kisses which is a liquid lip, rather than the Enology Lip stain, rather than a stain. I have emailed you a return authorization to back the Velvet Kisses for a refund. Please reach out to us at [email protected] if you need further assistance.
Love these . So easy to put on. I can easily look good with minimal effort .

I just ordered more Ascend facial products it’s clearing up the discoloration in my face and helping with acne too. Can’t wait when TB brings back the packages of the facial products I can get a better price by buying it in a group.
Hi Patrice, We can’t thank you enough for your kind review of Tori Belle! We are so happy you love our Ascend Skincare! We've anxiously been awaiting an important ingredient for our cleanser which has been unavailable. The good news is, We are expecting to have the cleanser in stock in the next few weeks. Once we get it in stock, the bundles will be available again. We appreciate your loyalty! It means the world to us!
I love the products! I am displeased that my latest order of cleansing gel is not a tube but a bunch of sample packets. This is very inconvenient and I wasn’t even notified; the same thing happened to my daughter. And before this order was sent, my credit card kept getting declined because of the expiration date, which was not expired, it was another system error. Very, very frustrating!
Hi Dee, We are sorry you didn't receive the email notification. The Cleaser is on backorder and a notification was sent out regarding the replacements. We'd be happy to send you a prepaid return shipping label if you'd prefer to send back the order for a full refund. We do apologize for the system issue regarding the expiration date. If you would like to return the order for a full refund, please contact [email protected] and we will make the arrangements right away.
Eyelashes won’t stay on. Eyeliner brush is too thin and extremely hard to use.

Ordering was easy, but brow stencils are hard to keep in place. Difficult to get them positioned correctly on both sides and too big! I have a small face and the brow stencils make my brows look huge! I don't want the first thing people notice to be my brows!

Can’t not get them to work properly. They won’t stay on. Neither the eye liner or mascara are keeping them on where they should be.
Hi Barbara, We’re sorry to hear that our lashes are giving you a hard time. There can be a bit of a learning curve since Magnetude liner is not applied the same as lash glue.
