The magnetic mascara and eyeliner didn’t seem to hold the magnetic lashes. I was pretty embarrassed going out to dinner because the corners of my lashes kept lifting up. For the price you pay, definitely not worth the hype!

I love all eyelashes styles. It's pretty easy to receive a command. Maybe the price could be a little less expensive. It would allow to experience more.

I had to put the eyeliner on a third time on one eye, to get the lashes to stay on. All day, I worried about the lashes falling off and they were obnoxious and uncomfortable. When I took them off, I still felt like particles of the eyeliner were left behind for a couple of days. I will stick with mascara. It takes a lot less time to apply than these silly lashes.

I had an issue with my product straight out of the packing but my Tori Belle representative was very quick to respond and fix the issue. I love my lashes and will definitely be purchasing more in the future.

I really like this, it’s easy to apply and makes my face look so natural. Has the perfect amount of coverage for my light days. In addition, it’s perfect to help with my full coverage days. I apply it on top of my liquid foundation and viola, full coverage. I do not want to run out of this, like ever!

I am disappointed and surprised by the shipping charge, which came suddenly, isn’t nominal and mostly because it isn’t on a sliding scale. For example, an order for anchors is only $18, and at times MUST be purchased alone because they’re needed. But the shipping envelope is small and lightweight, yet would have the same ~$10 shipping cost as a clutch, with an accessory kit and the same pack of anchors. For that one needed anchor pack for an event, the charge will be more than half the total value of the order! A more reasonable and understandable monetary tiered shipping system makes more sense: $2.99 up to $35 or $40 (to cover Ignites, lippies & now lashes), $4.99 for $36/41-$60 and the $9.99 shipping charge for $61-99 orders. Since that won’t cover the larger BRAVE products, implementing a weight/size tier in tandem will cover BRAVE products purchased individually, except subscriptions, which must be exempt or there is zero savings. If the shipping charge doesn’t follow some kind of ratio/percentage and suddenly strips away the huge perk, and sales pitch, of free shipping (even if was built into prices), the small orders will just stop. Sometimes those small orders are, or were, consistent, like an unofficial subscription. Suddenly implementing this ~$10 charge up to $100 will often be unfair and simply not worth ordering under $50, particularly since the lash/liner prices are now lower. (And the “lash of the month,” which isn’t a new lash & not always a LTO, is more expensive just because it’s being featured? ??? I’d pass and wait to buy it the next month, when possible or needed.) Lastly, there are times I can’t afford to spend $100 or more to avoid a 10-50% shipping fee, like many customers. If there’s a flash sale, or a sale for a limited amount time, these customers, including me will lose out. The current shipping charge simply would prevent me from purchasing. After a while, it will feel like those sales and specials are only for “the rich” or “the richer,” which ultimately will lead to forcing customers to less expensive alternatives, and away from Tori Belle all together — original liner or not. That is a LOT of revenue to lose, especially for the Affiliates. I hope Tori Belle reevaluates the amount of this new shipping charge. Most patrons will understand having to add a shipping charge itself. However, adding a shipping charge that’s often unreasonable below a certain price point will only be tolerated by a few.

Since we launched Tori Belle in Mid 2019, costs for inbound freight have doubled and in some cases tripled or even quadrupled. Outbound shipping and labor costs have increased as well, nearly doubling. At the same time, we've actually lowered many of our prices. For these reasons, we were forced to adjust our free shipping thresholds and our base shipping costs to reflect some of those significantly increased costs. We have found this to be the case industry-wide at this time.
All the items I have bought from you folks I just love. The make up is very durable The lip sticks have really good staying lasting power. Fast shipping as well.

My lashes didn’t stay well this last time that I put them on. Kept coming off so I didn’t wear them. I was frustrated. I put a lot of liner on and they still didn’t stay on well.
