Great Company

I absolutely love both of my Blessing Bracelets as they are exactly as shown on the website. Even more, Totally Awesome Goods was a great company. I was impressed by the way they did business. When I originally ordered my 2nd bracelet (I placed 2 separate orders), they e-mailed me and explained that there would be a delay due to a significant increase in orders (Hallmark movie previews), so I chose to cancel that order and wait until after Easter to reorder. They handled the cancelation and reorder without problems. Their service was fast, friendly and professional at all times. I would definitely do business with them again.

Jay has been awesome helping me…

Jay has been awesome helping me immediately with my problem of the post office giving my package of five Dammit Dolls to someone else (who has of yet not returned the package). He made a “missing poster” for me that hangs in the post office and a discount code so I could reorder. Above and beyond! Sharing my lemon to lemonade story - hope it brings you more business.

A gift for a friend

Thank you for honoring my request to leave the pricing off the invoice ticket since it was a gift. And thank you for the Happy Birthday note to the recipient! The delivery timing was perfect and she loves her gifts...especially the Dammit Doll ! I will definitely be visiting Totally Awesome Goods again for other gifts to send ;-)
