I ordered the Family Name Crossword Puzzle and from start to finish, the process was smooth. When I ran into a problem, they were very willing and able to assist and everything turned out great. My wife loved the anniversary gift!!!!

The pillow I ordered is very nice. The material is soft and fuzzy and comfortable, the colors are bright and vivid, and the construction is excellent. My only wish is that it shipped faster, but considering it came from China, it wasn't too bad.
Shirt shrunk in half!
Shirt came, I washed it and it shrunk, almost in half! I emailed Customer service to get a new one, bigger size and they emailed back with washing instructions. I let them know I had already washed it and wasn’t happy with the product, that it shouldn’t have shrank that much and I got a reply with washing instructions…. Again. I told them for a third time the issue and it’s been crickets. This site doesn’t stand behind their products.

I have not been able to receive or view the priduct I purchased. The delivery parson placed my package at the wrong place. I have always asked to have product delivered at my front door instead he chose to leave it at the boxes in front of the complex. These boxes are not functioning, therefore I am unable to access the package. I do not know if the product is correct. If it is damaged or else. I am passed the Birthday of person whose gift was ordered for. In other words complete disaster. Feel upset, and very dissapointed

I lost my last lil man a month ago and I’m still devastated 🥹. I saw this personalized pet wind chime and thought it might help. I can not tell you how much this has helped me. Now every time the wind blows I hear the beautiful sound and I choose to believe he is letting me know he is still with me.
