I needed to reorder a regular fall dog…
I needed to reorder a regular fall dog mom t-shirt because the XL was way too large. I reordered down 2 sizes to a medium size and the medium was almost the same size as the XL shirt. In fact in some areas it was bigger. The shirt from the manufacturer had to be miss labeled. I just wanted a medium size shirt with the correct color on the design on the shirt. They felt they sent the correct size a medium which was ordered, and came up with they fulfilled the order. Isn’t there quality control for checking the merchandise and the color of the print on the shirt. It should have been bright orange not a golden. That’s what was being offered. They took no responsibility for a medium shirt being the same as an XL and didn’t say any thing about the color. I’m just really disappointed with them wanted to take off 40% on a new order instead of finding out why 2 different size shirts are literally the same size and correcting the colors of the print to look like what they are selling

Fast delivery, darling shirt-but I ordered blue eyes for myself and my two grandchildren and one came with brown eyes. I really wanted it to look like her!

You delivered the package outside of my apartment complex. I'm not home right now & a porch pirate will steal my package. Need to have delivery driver to contact/text me to give me advance notice when the package will be delivered, not just an email notice. When I get home & the package is gone, you'll have to send a replacement shipment.
