Good communication and tracking updates.
Item base is nice but the image inside the glass ball (goalie net and soccer ball with names on it) is not nearly as nice as the image displayed on website. Parts of the net are missing, and the ball has white in hexagones that are meant to black/clear... Disappointed about image quality.. Wish I could post a photo somehow..

The time from ordering to receiving the gifts I ordered was exceptionally quick. The gifts arrived sooner than expected. Communication about where my items were in the process was exceptional. The quality seems good. The only reason I didn't give Trending Custom a 5 star review was because of the price. I thought their prices were highly inflated.
