Excellent customer service. I received an email for literally every aspect of my order from my order being received, the beginning of production up to when my order shipped. The turn around time from ordering to receiving my order was so fast as well! That’s rare when ordering custom pieces. The order itself was so beautiful and detailed. By far one of my favorites custom gifts!

I did not recieve my package. I sent over 10 emails to customer service but all I got in return were emails saying 'we haven't heard back from you', and when i got the most recent 'tracking info' it was for an address in california - I LIVE IN TALLAHASSEE, FLORIDA.
THIS ORDER WAS MEANT TO BE A FATHER'S DAY GIFT AND HAS STILL NOT ARRIVED.
