Terrible product and terrible service.
I bought one of their ridiculously expensive dog magnets with the silicone nose that you can "boop." Cute idea, and I loved the thought of having my late service dog's smiling face on my fridge. The product preview looked perfect, but when the product actually came, it looked absolutely ridiculous. They use the same size nose for the small magnet as they do for the large, and it was so huge that it covered more than a third of his face and looked TERRIBLE. When I contacted to request a refund because it did not match the customization preview at all, they said the best they could do was offer me a 30% refund and a coupon for a discount on my next order. So now I have a very expensive piece of useless trash. There will be no "next order" because the both the product and the customer service were awful. I am extremely disappointed. They misrepresented their product, the quality was cheap and shoddy even IF the nose had been the right size, and I spent a good deal of money to end up with nothing useful whatsoever. I could never in good conscience recommend this company to anyone unless I hated them.

Absolutely a load of rubbish. Item made out to be 3D in fact it was a cleverly designed print on cardboard set to make out to be 3d.
They refused a refund
Avoid!!!

Product Photography Didn't Match My Expectations
I purchased one of Wander Prints' personalised wooden anniversary gifts as a special present for my best friend's 10th wedding anniversary.
The engraving was exactly as ordered, the item arrived safely, and it wasn't faulty, so I have no complaints in those respects.
My disappointment came from the product itself. The 1-layer version was far thinner and lighter than I expected. The product images, together with the £24–£28 price point, created the expectation of a substantial wooden keepsake, whereas the item I received was actually a very thin, single-layer laser-cut wooden plaque.
Customer services confirmed that I had ordered the correct version. However, after revisiting the website, I noticed that the main product photographs shown for both the 1-layer and 2-layer options appear virtually identical, despite the significant difference in the construction of the two products.
In my opinion, this does not give customers a clear indication of what the 1-layer version will actually look like. Had the product photographs more accurately reflected the appearance and construction of the 1-layer version, I would almost certainly have chosen the 2-layer option instead.
I replied with comparison screenshots explaining my concerns and asked the company to reconsider, but despite allowing over a week for a response, I never received any further reply.
This review isn't suggesting that the wrong item was sent or that the product was faulty. It's simply intended to help future customers make an informed choice. If you're considering the 1-layer version, I'd strongly recommend making sure you understand how thin it actually is before ordering.
Personally, I did not feel the 1-layer version represented good value for the £24–£28 price point and, had I known how it would look in reality, I would not have made the purchase.

I’ve seen a lot of mixed reviews, hateful comments but also some really good comments, I was so indecisive about buying and ordering from them.
I took my chances and went with it and my lord I must have good luck, my order came in a week I’m From Australia, and the shipping was easy to track, my gift was packaged perfectly and the gift I received was outstanding! 5/5 reviews for me, hopefully everyone else gets a great experience like I did
Clearly this company is a scam ! Chinese crap products. I received my order it was not what I ordered . The picture rendition was crap. Wanted my money back. They gave me complete run around. Will not take my order back.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Terrible service if you have need to contact for anything!!!!!!!! Sent email for the order to be canceled less than 2 hours of ordering, received an email right away from support saying my request has been received, and the order will be processed as requested. Received order a couple of weeks later. Have sent many emails but NO response. Received a charge on my credit card and even a 2nd charge for a few dollars. Do not know what the 2nd charge was for and cannot get a response. TERRIBLE service!!! DO NOT ORDER! Setup for orders only....Works like a SCAM*****
Do not buy from this company if you expect to receive what you actually paid for.
I ordered a batch of 16 oz cups, but upon arrival, I measured them and found they only hold 14 oz.
When I reached out to customer service to correct the error, their response was insulting. They claimed that sending the wrong size was "not their fault" and blamed it on the "design of the cup."
Apparently, this company doesn't understand basic volumetric measurement. A 14 oz container cannot hold 16 oz of liquid, regardless of its "design." Selling a product labeled as 16 oz when it clearly holds 14 oz is misleading advertising, plain and simple.
Instead of taking accountability for incorrect product listings or a fulfillment mistake, they hid behind ridiculous excuses and refused to make it right. Save your money and buy from a vendor that actually understands standard measurements and values basic customer service.

My husband was in the Navy and so was both his sons...Chuck was so proud of his military service...He passed awsy on Oct. 30, 2024 at the age of 85....I fixed a memorial corner for him in my living room where I have his ashes...it's all in honor of his military service....I have the thank you certificate I recieved, from the President and the American citizens, hanging on the wall...
I saw this memirial coin from trustpilot and purchased it with Chuck's Navy picture on it...I was so very pleased with the coin, the great service from trustpilot.com, and how fast the coin was sent to me...I highly recommend this company and this product...it's a beautiful memorial for someone's military service...

This company has sent me the wrong order with someone else’s name and face. I have been going over and over with them to correct their mistake on my account. My friends were shocked to open their gift from me with someone else’s name and photo on it. This company offers very bad service and really bad mistakes. By now I should receive a print for free. More than a month later I’m still waiting for the correct print to be sent to me. Do not use this company. Ver bad.

If I could rate a zero I would
If I could rate a zero I would. Ordered a pet memorization blanket. It didn't look like it did in the picture and had a bunch of brown spots randomly all over it when I reached out to them, they asked for more pictures than I sent. I sent them several more and followed up six more times after that with no response from them. Crappy product and even worse customer service. Do not ever buy from them!!!

This is the first time I ordered from this company. I ordered a gift for my brother on July 11th. Ai Anna said on July 23rd that it will arrive 7-10 days.... You do the math. Delaware is where is company is suppose to be based out of and China is not my definition of domestically being delivered. My tracking number comes up on a website that states the URL is broken AND it was being delivered from CHINA. A delivery time of 23 days is unacceptable, especially when the website states 7-10 business days from the DATE OF PURCHASE. MY BROTHER STILL HAS NOT RECEIVED THE GIFT, plus communication is NIL. It took "Ai Anna," 3 days to respond to 2 emails when it states on the website, immediate response. Unacceptable. Shame on y'all for running such a shady company. Autumn

Great shirts. Terrible website.
These shirts are great BUT the online ordering process is full of glitches. Accidentally put in the cart a shirt only to realize you made a mistake with it? Well you’re going to have to delete your design and start over. Notice the shirt you made is in the wrong currency for payment? Change the currency and now the shirt is deleted. Very. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING. Painful. Why can’t you simply make edits to items in your cart without starting over? Basic.
