They are not honest about the timeline for delivery of their products
They are not honest about the timeline for recieving their products. I ordered the graduation fan with my child's face on it. It takes much longer thatn 5-10 days to recieve their products because they are made in China and are being shipped from China. The shipping information they provide you is from a carrier based in China. Don't bother with ordering their products unless you hava a month or more to wait for it to be delivered.

Ordered a Mother’s Day gift that didn’t arrive till 5/19. I requested a refund 6 times due to the fact that shipping date kept going further out. Been denied everytime. They sent a time line for Mother’s Day in response that they did NOT disclose onsite! Do not order from this company!! The customer service is zero stars! The product is very cheap and the picture quality is horrible! Do not waste your money here

Everything I've ordered has turned out better than expected and I've orders quite a few different items. Everything has come at a reasonable time frame. One item took a little longer but they reassured me it was on the way and it was way better then I even expected!

If I could give them a 0 I would . I ordered something paid for it and then out of nowhere they said I cancelled the order this was at 309am I responded at 650am stating I did not cancel to which they acknowledged it and said my order would be processed. I still never received my order I reached out again and they said I did not reply with in 8 hours lmao last I knew from 3 am to 650 am that is only 3 hours and 50 minutes . My order was around $100 I never received a refund nor my products. They are clearly thiefs and I most definitely will never recommend them to anyone .

I might update this if I get my products, We've been waiting over 3 weeks. I paid extra for rush production and shipping and didn't get either. In fact, I still haven't gotten my $100 order or a response from the sellers about it.

I placed an order feb 2026 - 3 months ago. Order shipped but did not arrive but my cc was charged. I contacted customer service in March and they said they were going to work out details with shipper. No further updates. I followed up twice and received no responses.

The blanket picture matched the photo. The blanket "personalized God Says I am" birthday gift arrived on time. I was happy that I chose the sherpa upgrade as I believe the fleece alone would have been fairly thin. My disappointment came with the order process. I was sent an email with a coupon offer of 20% off my order (CS20), but it did not work. When I emailed this info, the reply was to provide other offers which were less than my initial offer.

I’m very disappointed with my recent experience. I placed my order before Mother’s Day based on the promise that it would arrive in time for the holiday. Unfortunately, that commitment was not honored.
I attempted to contact customer service for help, but the response was unhelpful and did not resolve the issue. At this point, I no longer want the item. If it eventually arrives, it will likely go straight into the trash because it completely missed the purpose and timing of the purchase.

WanderPrints is Completely Hands-off
My experience with WanderPrints customer service was disappointing. Once the order ships, the company appears to take a very limited role in resolving delivery-related issues. In my case, YunExpress handled the shipment, but when problems arose, I was redirected to another third-party carrier, UniUni, for assistance.
After contacting WanderPrints for support, I was advised to work directly with the carrier rather than being offered meaningful assistance through the company itself. Additionally, there does not appear to be a direct customer service phone line or access to a live representative, only an automated chatbot system.
Overall, the lack of direct support and accountability made the resolution process frustrating and difficult.

Bait & Hook shipping scam
I'm very annoyed. I was told it would take only a few days before product would be received, it was due to arrive on 11th and here it is May 18th and it's still in China! They advertise a quick shipment, but that is a scam. I wish I had checked this site first, I never would've purchased from them.

I ordered my item for a mother's day gift on 4/25/2026 and still have not received the item. The carrier or delivery sucks. When I reach out to wander prints. They o ly send a message, no help in contacting this foreign carrier. I will NEVER order again from Wander Prints. They need to do better. Choose a different carrier. I am going on every review site to report this. How awful. Very disappointed.

Horrible customer service. Clothing items are not sized correctly because they’re made in china, unfortunately. And they will give you the runaround about getting a refund. Lots of chat but no refund or proper item. Avoid this company!!

Please lay the shirt flat on a smooth surface and measure it according to the guide below:
Measurement instructions:
Bust: Measure across the chest, approximately 1 inch below the armpit.
Body Length: Measure from the highest point of the shoulder (front side) down to the bottom hem of the shirt.
Sleeve Length: Measure from the highest point of the shoulder to the end of the sleeve hem.
Please note that a measurement difference within ±0.5 inch is considered normal due to the manufacturing process.
Ridiculous to demand from a customer because they sent me the wrong size shirt.

Bought one of their custom globe lamps. The order arrived super late which aligns with all the reviews on reddit. Opened the package only to find out that the quality was horrendous and was nowhere near what they show on their website. I would not recommend them at all. Not to mention, they are expensive.
