They were EXTREMELY LATE sending my gift for my daughter's 30th birthday! I had a beautiful plan that involved this gift--it was needed and it didn't show!!! They didn't care at all when I reached out. There was no tracking, no response until it was delivered--LATE. Then they took the time to respond and tell me it was delivered--DUH! Too late and I had to scramble to think of something but they ruined my entire idea. Companies that promise one thing and do another cannot be trusted. Companies that DO NOT reply to emails inquiring and requesting when their order is going to arrive and that it is too late--cannot be trusted. Go somewhere else for your gifts!

I ordered a glass bottle titled “ annoying each other since… personalized Whiskey bottle” and when I received this bottle I immediately went to work filling it and while I was holding the bottle in my left hand and choking the bottle with my right hand, the entire bottle shattered in my hands. I am a 5 foot 5, 125 pound woman who should not be able to break glass with her bare hands. The bottle shattered in the sink, and I was immediately rushed to the emergency room to reattach my severed pinky skin and later had to have surgery on my tendon reattachment. When I reached out to the company they were unresponsive and kept asking for photos of the broken bottle. My husband came home after the incident and cleaned up all the glass and never thought to capture a photo of the broken bottle. He had other things on his mind. I have asked to contact someone at wander prints multiple times and they will not give me a contact number.

I ordered 4 things in one month and knew I would place many more orders. On my last order, as soon as I hit the pay button, I realized that I didn’t include the 20% off code I had been given. I immediately sent an email explaining my error only to be told too bad. It’s unreal that a company would lose a customer over $14.

I placed my order 4/30/26. It is NOW 5/24/26 and to this day it still claims my order is in MAINLAND CHINA. It has been in TRANSIT for weeks while in Mainland China. IT HAS BEEN IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH ANYONE FROM THIS COMPANY TO INQUIRE ABOUT MY ORDER. They only have you fill out a form with your email YET NO ONE REPLIES!! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!! I ordered a crystal glove lamp ( personalised) and when I set it up it certainly didnt look as sharp and as clear as the advertising pictures of it - ypu couldn't make the picture out in any type of lighting and the writing looked a little blurred - due to my disappointment and not as advertised i am in the middle of requesting a refund and return however the to and fro of emails is becoming ridiculous- they are not for giving me a refund but I will take it further if I do get refused - for the price I paid i certainly expect a lot more than what I got - be very careful before you purchase the crystal personalised globe lamp

Bad communication, bad service, and not good quality for using it longer that 3 weeks of my phone cover. I had a phone cover orderd with my own pictures, and when recieved. within 3 weeks the cover was becoming really bad. I asked for refund or replace the cover. They sent only mail that it would be replaced with confirming the email by responding to the mail. That was begin of April, I kept sending mails for reply to ask where my new order is but never got reply.

I have made two gift purchases and both recipients loved them. The quality and workmanship is very good, customer service is great if their is a problem which there was with one of the deliveries, but they were right on it and got it delivered the same day I reached out. I highly recommend this company and will be ordering from them in the future I am sure.

There shipping takes way longer than they say on the website, over 4 weeks to Australia. also there customer service is lacking. Submitted a ticket and still no response after 2 weeks. Products are ok but be aware it will come to you very slowly.

Shipping took longer than mentioned. Globe were suppose to show moon phases according to the dates, instead all of them look like full moon and quality is nothing like shown on the webpage. Whe. Contacted customer service, they said, thats how its supposed to look. What a waste of $60.

Terrible cheap quality. I ordered a planter pot and it came out blurry, and it looked like it was made out of China. Maybe it was. Actually, probably not nice to offend China like that. Save your money.

Fun products and easy to use online custom ordering. They turned the order around quickly and the product/result was as expected if not better. Shipping/delivery experience was horrible. Ordered 4/27, processed 4/29, shipped 5/1, arrived in NJ 5/14 and into MD facility 5/15 less than 10 miles from my house. I did not receive until 5/22. So "SpeedX" is anything but speedy. No easy way to contact them but when I did, the response was "it's delayed" - no reason, plan, estimated delivery date.

I would like to give a higher review, but haven’t received the blanket I ordered to give it a positive review! I specifically looked for a USA product and this said it came from Delaware. My very good friend’s dog tragically passed away and was absolutely devastated! I jumped into action and was told this product that would be shipped from Delaware in the USA would be here by May 10. When it never arrived, I started tracking and realized it came from China! This was a personalized item for a very tragic situation, and when I reached out stating they falsely said it was shipping from the US, I simply got that it would be here in the next 7 to 10 days. It is now May 20 and still not here! I PRAY this item shows up with quality and what I paid $85 dollars…for a blanket! Let’s pray it actually arrives🙏 if quality is good, I will give positive review, but just know your item is NOT coming from US and you will wait a month before receiving despite what they tell you!

Nice globe, though smaller then expected (the advert suggests a bigger globe - but that is the more expensive version). Shipment was a bit slower then expected, but the product was well packed. Communication was good.

On Apr 29, 2026 I ordered signs for my daughter’s May 17 graduation. When I made the order it gave me a May 12 delivery date but I decided to I pay extra for production and package protection anyway just in case. I’m writing this review on May 21 and I still haven’t received my graduation signs. I’m very disappointed and unhappy about this.
