Don’t bother ordering anything
Don’t bother ordering anything, placed an order on 8th June, few weeks later to be advised parcel is lost, said they would get another one dispatched as a priority, chased this up few weeks later not even dispatched requested a full refund now, sick of having to contact them, so I’m waiting on the refund to go through won’t hold my breath, would not recommend ordering anything of this company!!!

Do not order if you need within 3-5…
Do not order if you need within 3-5 weeks. They will offer “expedited shipping” only to inform you they “currently” don’t offer this and to email back within hours if you wish to proceed. If you do not get back to them in hours, they state it's too late to cancel the order (even though it will take weeks for them to even prepare the shipment) and refuse to refund your money.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed. I ordered a whisky glass with a personalised picture and the image has pink lines through it. I emailed the company directly with pictures of the pink lines and I did not receive a reply from them.

Solar light- GARBAGE
Ordered a memorial solar light for my 13 year old deceased pet. Was happy when I got it however it only worked for 2 weeks! Garbage! Paid way too much for 2 weeks. Now wander prints won’t do anything. Order from somewhere else.

My babies
Well I have to say I got two window hanging mad one of each of my dogs that we have lost in the last year. They turned out perfect, they look identical to the pictures I sent in. They got them to me in a timely manner. I got the larger ones done so it would be really clear. With the work they did I would imagine that any of them would have been beautiful. I want to tell the people that work on mine, "Thank You for doing such a wonderful job. They look beautiful and I will be tell people about you.

Horrible product and customer service
Horrible product and customer service. The glass I ordered was not like the preview, you could barely see the sketch on the glass. They claimed I would receive a replacement and in 3-10 days it would be shipped, almost a month later and keep getting the same reply from them “it will be shipped in3-10 days. Disappointed it was a gift for a bday in 2 days. Total waste of money

I ordered three personalized mats totaling $175 and was very disappointed when they arrived. The mats looked inexpensive, the quality did not match the price, and the sizing was not what I expected.
When I contacted Wander Prints about my concerns, they apologized but offered only a 20% discount on a future purchase. That response did not address the problem with the products I had already received. After spending $175 and being extremely disappointed with the quality, I have no interest in purchasing from the company again.
I expected a much better product and a more meaningful resolution. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Wander Prints based on this experience.

Disappointed.
I ordered two and the product I received is terrible. The colors are very dull and the size is rather small. The photo quality is poor and has black spiderweb designs on the bodies. Definitely does not look like a what is being advertised and not worth the cost, in my opinion. Won’t be using them as gifts like I intended.

This is my third time writing about…
See my review below...And see Wander Prints response. This is the exact same reply I received two other times on Trust Pilot I responded to their reply at the address they provided in their reply. I have never received any reply directly from them. This shows they are only replying to make themselves look good as a company. Trust me...They are not a good company to buy from. They do not back their products, they do not support their customers and they lie when they respond on Trust Pilot. Go to any other company as I'm sure there are plenty of companies in competition with Wander Prints. Wander Prints have a terrible sense of business and how to please their customers so they will come back again and also refer people to them.
This is my third time writing about this company. Don’t trust their insincere replies to negative reviews on this site. They replied to my two reviews by saying I should send them an email with my order number and what my problem with my order is and they will review my order. I replied to their responses each time and they NEVER responded to my emails either time, only replying on Trust Pilot’s review page. They try to make themselves look like a great company by replying to negative reviews on here but they still have no follow through when i emailed them according to their request in their reply. This company is not reputable and I suggest anyone thinking of ordering any of their products look for other companies to order from. Stay away from wander Prints.

Items are drop shipped from China
This company does not produce their own items. They make themselves appear to be a US based company but they are not. Let's stop supporting China and help out our own small businesses! Check out etsy or somewhere else instead.
I ordered two stained glass (cheap plastic) pieces and only received one. I paid extra for expedited shipping and processing it still took over 3.5 weeks to receive. Paid for two only got one. Now they want proof that I didn't receive it. How do I do that? I guess I am just out of luck and ripped of by China again.

I absolutely love my alert bracelet. It was shipped in a timely manner and has all my medical information one would need from me. I have heart issues so this item was very important to me to purchase. In case of an emergency all the info needed is right there. Thank you for supplying such a great alert bracelet.

When you check out ordering from this company, it appears that it’s a company in the US. The address is Newark New Jersey clearly it is from China. I don’t trust a company who can’t tell me where my products are coming from. I ordered a phone cover almost a month ago and have had no email that it was even shipped yet. I won’t order from this company again.

I ordered a shirt from them and they charged me $40 for a shirt (that I measured) was 2 sizes to small from there posted site sizes. It also came smelling extremely bad! I reach out to customer service who basically said tough luck just order another one. DO NOT BUY!

I loved what I ordered, quality exceeded my expectations. I got fast delivery within a week, even though I decided to change the detail on my order after I ordered it. JUYXZ60UD - This was my order number. I have sent so many emails in which I stated that that the products I received did not meet the expectations and it wasn't visible after application. I asked for a WhatsApp number to send the video in which we show that it is not visible at all the ducal. I have just received emails saying from them that the order met they're requirements, but didn't met ours, as it was a funeral print.
We are very disappointed. We asked for a refund, and they said they will give a voucher to buy from the website. Why should I get anything from them if they don't take into consideration your issue.
We bought 3 decals, and all of them were disappointing.
The customer service is very poor, as they always send the instructions how to apply it but they never sent a number, so they could see they're mistakes.
If you read my review, please send a WhatsApp and my refund.

BEWARE of this company. I ordered a customized mug for a gift. At the time of the order I said that I needed it y a certain date. I received confirmation of the order and my CC was billed that day. Then NOTHING for weeks. I wrote the company asking about the status of my order. They wrote me back saying they never received a confirmation email (huh?? I never was asked to confirm anything). They said they are canceling the order but they did not mention refunding my $$. I wrote them and said what about a refund? They are not answering me. Total sham.
