Terrible product, high cost, extremely long delay shipping
I ordered a customized father's day shirt since 6/5 and it supposed to arrive on 6/16. however, I checked on 6/20 and it's still in transit. I emailed Wanderprint said if they can't deliver by father's day (6/21), then cancel it because it would be too late for the purpose I ordered it for. they responded back that "the item will arrive in the next 3 to 7 days". Totalling ignore my request. I responded "that'stoo late, please cancel it." But there was no more response from them and the item arrived on 6/26. They didn't think there was any problem with the item being 10 days late, especially that's it passed the special occasion they advertised it for. On top of that the shirt is like 90% nylon, not cloths. the worse material. I can't believe we had to pay $41.23 for a piece of nylon that took 20 days to arrive. I want to let people know to stay clear away from this store. Expensive price for a Horrible product, long shipping because it shipped from China, and unacceptable customer service.

Buyer beware, poor quality
Purchased two items, travel kit for electronics and large cosmetic bag. Print was fine on electronics pouch, but the bag itself is a tad too small for cords and chargers. Makeup bag print horrible as looks like she’s sporting a beard. And the shape of the bag is awful. Reached out for refund for makeup bag due to poor print quality and was refused as they decided it was simply the lighting/ photo angle. Complete rip off company

Cup for father's day
My son (Joshua Lowry) Ordered a cup for father's day on May 29, 2026. It showed through tracking # that it shipped from Michigan all the way to Springfield, Missouri. Then got returned to sender labeled "undeliverable" emailed the company numerous times and it says it need to " verify address" they said they would send me another mug (6/19/2026) still have not received a tracking # on new package or my mug! So very disappointed 😞 Will change my review if I get communications other than email saying my replacement is on the way! I just want a tracking # and my product is have ordered and already paid for

Ordered an item for father's day and was quoted a delivery date a week later. Its been 3 weeks and upon checking the tracking its being returned to the seller. No delivery attempt, no communication whatsoever. Avoid!!!!!

Great quality and it looked exactly like the picture. I did get nervous because I stopped seeing movement while tracking but they responded to the email with an updated link. My husband was while pleased with his father's day personalized gift.

I ordered a shirt on June 12. I have been watching the tracking app and it says it is on it's way, but today is June 30 and we haven't seen a package. They have already charged my credit card.

Do not buy the stained glass custom sun catchers.
One side of the piece is tempered glass but they put a sticker on the flat plane glass side that covers to tempered side so It just looks like a sticker. Looks great if you turn it around but then the custom names are backwards. I filed a complaint with them and credit card company but they get to keep my money even though their assembly process is incorrect.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
They sent me a defective product. They are not sending me a refund as promised by their website. They have terrible customer service.
Originally I ordered something for Father’s Day. It arrived but was completely misaligned mis printed. I reached out and they offered to replace but it would have taken 21 days to arrive. Too late. So I asked for a refund. They only offered 50% back! I said no, this product is not useable the lines are awful. And they finally said they’d give me a refund when I told them I was filing a complaint with my credit card. But they have not processed it despite it being weeks later and me reaching out multiple times. BEWARE!!!!

This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Their website is cumbersome and very glitchy. It took me quite awhile to place an order for 6 shirts because one you click out of the design it does not let you modify it and you have to start over. I ordered 6 in various sizes, the shirts arrived wrong and were all sent in a size small. We are not a size small and there’s no way I accidentally ordered them all in a size small. You cannot contact anyone except through email. I was denied a refund or a corrected order. The worst part is because I had already paid with the money everyone chipped in, I am now stuck reordering and paying out of pocket. Such a disappointment and worthless customer service.

Do not buy from them they claim there in the states but they are not they disregard their return policy and pretty much everything is a lie. All of my items came late and my last item came damaged. I reached out to them June 14th about a refund due a damaged item which is in their refund policy. They said they would process refund and Id receive it in 3 to 5 business days after 9 business days I emailed them again and they said because they are busy they didnt send the refund. Which I found out on bbb is their way to extend the process and then they just stop answering. Dont be cheap shop etsy not this scamming Chinese company that lies about where they are located and just about everything else

TERRIBLE quality
TERRIBLE quality! I ordered a custom cap with names printed on it for Father’s Day and first of all the website assured I’d have it by that day if I ordered by the 14th. I ordered it the 12th and it came 6 days late. Second, the names were illegible and when I asked for a refund they denied it because I still received it even though it was late and unreadable. It’s $28 in the trash!

They delivered !!
Yesterday, my final item arrived.
I was a bit concerned after I had received a email telling me my products were all delivered.
I had 5 out 6 items in my possession. A few emails back and forth- helped track down the 6th item. They stay on top on the issue- and made sure I did in fact receive it.
I have ordered from Wanderprints a handful of times for myself and as gifts. Always been pleased with the results.
Rest assure they are a company that provides quality service.
I will continue to buy from them and encourage all who complement my past purchases from pet suncatchers, pillows, lounge pants, doormats and the car sun visor. These items were all made from taken photos of my four furrbabies. Great keepsake memories for anyone.

I’ve ordered from this place twice
I’ve ordered from this place twice. First customized item was absolutely beautiful. Second item was nowhere near the description and also came damaged. On their website they show how happy they are to keep their customers happy, offer a refund when required, etc. however, I have been emailing back and forth arguing about a refund for over a month. When they finally said they issued the refund, said it would take 3-5 business days. It has now been over 10 business days and they have completely stopped responding to emails. Never ordering from here again.

Poor Quality, Misleading Shipping, and Nonexistent Support
I’ve now ordered from this site twice, and both experiences were so frustrating that I’m leaving a 1‑star review — not for the products alone, but for the company as a whole.
My first order was already disappointing: the item looked cute online, but the final product felt cheaply made. The mechanism only works if you hold it at a very specific angle, and when it sits on a desk the images fall backward instead of standing properly. The customization interface was clunky and kept resetting, and the shipping timeframe was completely inaccurate — my order took three times longer than promised and arrived poorly packaged.
Unfortunately, my second purchase was even worse. The item arrived damaged, and it took over two weeks and more than six emails just to get a replacement. Their customer service repeatedly contradicted themselves — one email would say they were sending a replacement, and the next would claim they “hadn’t heard from me” and were closing the case. Then they’d apologize and act like they were starting the process again. It felt like an endless loop with no accountability.
To make things even more unprofessional, they’ve been harassing me to change my review of the first item, despite the fact that everything I wrote was accurate.
This site is full of cute‑looking products, but the quality is unreliable, the shipping estimates are meaningless, and the customer service is practically nonexistent. Save yourself the headache — stay away and shop somewhere that actually stands behind what they sell.

Advertising stained glass and sending a paper glued to glass is a downright pathetic business model. The return policy is a text book con messaging too.
