Ordered on June 8 directly from a Father’s Day advertisement. Writing this as of June 18 and item is STILL in China. It’s frustrating they advertised this for a specific holiday yet use an incredibly slow shipping service overseas. Now we don’t have a gift. Would not recommend using this company if you need your order anytime soon.

WP’s courier has lost my parcel but it’s my problem?!
My item has been lost by Evri after waiting the long time it took to ship to the UK. Now Wanderprints ‘Customer Service’ have redirected me to Evri to try and find out where it is. I have requested a refund instead. But judging on my experience so far I’m not hopeful. I will NOT use this company again.

The item I ordered was not at all what was described!
The item I ordered was not at all what was described. I ordered the stained glass sea turtle sun catcher. When it arrived today I noticed that there was no stained glass whatsoever and it looked cheaply made ( it looked like a big sticker was glued onto the glass). I also had this personalized to have my grandmas grand babies names in the small turtles. There are 4 names and 1 out of the 4 was in bold compared to the other 3. Overall this item is definitely not worth $65. Also there is no way to contact them about a refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

*Edited: my package arrived yesterday! So whilst the postage was very slow I have amended my review to reflect the slow delivery but the pj bottoms I ordered are great fun.* Order my Father’s Day gift on the 6th June. It arrived in the uk two days ago. I will apparently receive a delivery date in the next 48hrs which means it’s very unlikely to be here for Father’s Day. Pretty rubbish given I bought directly from an advert for Father’s Day early in June. Shipping warning should have been on to say it wouldn’t get here in time.

WARNING: avoid this company. I ordered one of their personalised desk covers for Father’s Day. I never received the delivery. I provided Wander Prints evidence from my ring cam that the courier never came to the door around the alleged “delivery” time and asked them to send out another in time for Father’s Day…. Didn’t want a refund, literally just wanted what I paid for. They suddenly stopped replying to my messages and started blanking me. The desk mat was personalised and had a picture of my husband and my two young children on it, they helped me pick out the photo and were really looking forward to giving it to their Dad on Sunday and now I’m £40 down and they won’t have anything to give to him.

At first, I was so happy! I thought I had found the perfect gift for my friend. NO this place is horrible. I ordered a custom doormat for my friend's yacht. They spelled EVERTHING WRONG. I tried repeatedly to inform them of their mistake. They were extremely rude with me. So they get a zero. Shoddy workmanship and nonexistent customer service.

I ordered 3 items and only received 2. I immediately contacted them and they seemed eager to make it right and told me they'd ship it out again. It's been over a month of false promises and now no communication or item that I paid for. Disappointed to not get what I paid for and even more so to be led to believe that they will rectify the issue that was solely theirs. I was most excited about that piece of my order, as my daughter bought it for my mom.

I’m very disappointed with this company. To begin with, they offered a 10% discount to new customers to use on the first order on their website and then refused to honor it. I ordered a glass picture with my girlfriend and her late mother as a Mother’s Day gift and it arrived 8 days too late and it was broken. I messaged them many times and they said they would send a replacement and never did. Never ordering from Wander Prints ever again and definitely will not recommend them to anyone. So disappointing. Not how you treat customers.

Order pajama pants
Order pajama pants. Came with a misaligned head, i.e., my grandaughter's head was floating about 2" above her body. After numerous emails in which their customer service department appeared to be helpful and after sending a photo of the pants received. their response was: "It was determined that the order was fulfilled correctly."
WANDER PRINTS RESPONDED WITH A LINK TO THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT TO "MAKE IT RIGHT." THE REVIEW ALREADY SAYS THAT I HAD DONE THAT AND AFTER SEVERAL EXCHANGES AND SUBMITTING A PHOTO, THEY SAID, 'THERE IS NOTHING MORE WE CAN DO FOR YOU.' THEY DID NOTHING!! I WOULD NOT SUGGEST ORDERING FROM THEM. IF THERE IS A PROBLEM, THEY WILL NOT 'MAKE IT RIGHT' LIKE THEY SAY THEY WILL.

Recieved my item today. Very cheap looking and the picture of my order is not what I got. Would not recommend this Company as item is highly over charge for the actual cheap materials recieved. Wasted money.

Buyer beware
It clearly states on Google and their website that satisfaction is guaranteed and refunds within 30 days. The product they sent me (memory keepsake fleece blanket) was atrocious.
It came in basic thin plastic shipping plastic that measured 3.5in wide by 8in long. What kind of FLEECE blanket can be folded that small?
Well apparently one from this company. Their version of fleece is not fleece at all. Best I could come up with to describe their version of fleece is barely furry.
The blanket is so thin it's see through! I can get better quality thru Temu! And have!
I've tried disputing it via PayPal, in which every time they replied, they would send a bill. That was very odd considering I've already paid for it.
And every response was "as described".
Um no. No it definitely is not.

Horrible company. Beware, everything they have is shipped from China. Low quality. They promise for an item to be delivered by a certain date and miss it by weeks. Do not do business with this company. Shop local and/or within the United States.

I order a blanket for my daughter
I order a blanket for my daughter. It took almost a month to receive it. When it finally arrived. The color was off. I order it with black hair and green eyes. The nurse had grey hair and her eyes weren't green. The only reason why I order this blanket (which was highly over priced almost $60.00 for a small baby size blanket) was for the picture to resemble my daughter. When I asked her what she thought about her gift? All she had told me was it was very small and the nurse had grey hair. When notified customer service I was told there was nothing they could do for me. Very unsatisfied customer.
