I ordered 5 products from this company. Three were excellent and two (which I ordered two of the same thing) were not as advertised. I bought a mug with an image of our dog to send to college with my daughters and the dog image is totally faded and has very little color. I contacted their customer service (who was responsive) but I was told that they they allow a 20% difference between advertised images and the actual item you received. I'm not sure about the exact percentage, all I know is that the mugs are not worth keeping or having paid the $40 plus shipping for the two of them. They offered me a 10% discount code towards more products. I'm very disappointed and don't plan to order from here again. I'm looking for another gift from elsewhere.

I bought one of the Dog ate my homework books for a friend who is a teacher. My order came a quite fast, was just as I ordered, and high quality, but most of all, she loved it! It checked all the necessary boxes for me, and i plan on ordering again if i am looking for one of those unique gifts for a friend.

Product cute. Service and clarity of service is horrible.
Site didn't state how long delivery would take. Product arrived after event so useless. When company questioned on delivery, they never addressed delivery timeframes clearly. When I reached out about late delivery, they first offered 20% off future purchase (why would I order again after this experience?!) then refund of shipping fee. Then they noted 20% refund of purchase. HOWEVER, they were not clear that 20% refund was in lieu of shipping fee refund not on top of it. I learned that after I agreed. When I questioned it, they clarified and apologized for not clarifying YET didn't rectify situation. THey also never responded me to me again. HORRIBLE experience! Will NEVER purchase from them again and will make sure everyone I know is aware.

I recently purchased this shirt for my husband, and all I can say is that we both absolutely love it! He said it’s incredibly comfortable, and the quality is amazing. It looks great on him, feels fantastic, and has quickly become one of his favourites. He loves it so much that he’s already asking for it in another colour! The mug is very nicely made, and I love my dogs name surrounding the outside. The only problem I had was my own fault. The picture I submitted was not edited to a point where it would appear the way I really wanted it on the mug. I'm considering ordering again and refining my photo. My dog died a month ago and I'm still dealing with the pain and the loss. I want to have the perfect mug for my coffee each morning.

I ordered a cup, and it came packed in foam. Very secure. And I love the design that I picked out for my friend. I would recomend this company, at least for a cup. I have a towel coming for the same friend. THAT was a bit pricy for what you got, but she's special, so I ordered it. It hasn't arrived yet.

Ordered 1946 Classic T-shirt for husband for Father's Day. Timely arrival, true to size, very good quality. But washing is always the big test. My husband loves it so it gets worn and washed a lot, and it still holds up and looks great every time he wears it.

The shirt came exactly like I ordered and the custome image was correct and accurate to its description and images online. Shipping wasn't too long especially for a custom item. I do wish the shirt itself was softer and of a lighter softer blend of material but that is secondary to the customization being accurate for me.
