Horrible service and delayed delivery of product
Product cute. Service and clarity of service is horrible. Site didn't state how long delivery would take. Product arrived after event so useless. When company questioned on delivery, they never addressed delivery timeframes clearly. When I reached out about late delivery, they first offered 20% off future purchase (why would I order again after this experience?!) then refund of shipping fee. Then they noted 20% refund of purchase. HOWEVER, they were not clear that 20% refund was in lieu of shipping fee refund not on top of it. I learned that after I agreed. When I questioned it, they clarified and apologized for not clarifying YET didn't rectify situation. THey also never responded me to me again. HORRIBLE experience! Will NEVER purchase from them again and will make sure everyone I know is aware.
