I would not recommend Mac Corner. The personalised mug arrived with black marks on it. I contacted customer service and was initially told they would replace it. A few days later they changed their mind and instead offered only a 10% refund, despite the product arriving faulty. To make matters worse, around a month later the personalised part of the mug came apart and fell off completely, after a handful of use proving the product was not fit for purpose. They have refused to accept a return or provide a full refund, leaving me with no choice but to go through my bank to recover my money- which they have made difficult. The customer service has been disgraceful from start to finish. Selling faulty products is bad enough, but refusing to stand behind them is even worse. A very disappointing experience, and I certainly won't be buying from them again.

The books are great and arrived ahead of schedule. Unfortunately one was damaged in transit, but the Macorner customer service was fantastic. They arranged for a replacement and kept us fully informed throughout the whole process. Excellent company and would highly recommend.

I ordered wine glasses for a 50th anniversary gift. One arrived broken. Customer service was on it immediately and I had the replacement within a week. Customer service personnel were wonderful. The personalized wine glasses are beautiful!

I ordered the Dad joke mug for a friend who loves jokes but the joke was on me as the QR code doesn’t work. When he scans the QR code nothing loads or populates. I gave my husband the soccer net/ball mug for Father’s Day but the names & soccer balls are so small & hard to read. Cute ideas but terrible quality. I was super excited to give them their gifts but find myself embarrassed with the non-working QR code & the poor quality soccer mug. I was looking forward to ordering other items but not anymore. I do not recommend either of these items.
