I ordered 4 personalized sibling mugs for my brother and 2 sisters plus one for me. They are beautiful! I love that I could individualize each person as to hair color, hair style and favorite color shirt. The back view looks just like us! Unfortunately they overcharge items made in CHINA. I bought a puzzle that came and was almost 20% smaller and they told me that it is in the limits of the fault so they did not want to refund me!
My fault is that I needed it while I should have returned it…
Definitely they do not deserve such huge prices for cheap poor quality chinese products.
