Your web site isnt very user friendly, when I checked out it went to paypal twice and then froze, I gave up! I sent a message about it, but the response was to just deflect the problem and ask for screen shots, the problem was days old and I had moved on, screen shots were completly unrealistic, no one leaves a problem on their screen for two days! But you finally responded with a discount as an incentive so I tried again and used a CC as opposed to the paypal option.

Gave my hubby a custom joke of the day coffee cup with a scannable code that takes him to the website that displays the jokes. The QR code looks good but is very hard for all the smartphones we have to read. When the site comes up it asks you the joke, and then you can click the link below it to see the answer. Suddenly it changed and won't display the link to get the answer unless I subscribe to something I don’t want to have anything to do with. I feel cheated and won't buy from them again.
UPDATE: Macorner responded to my review asking for proof of what I said, so I sent them pictures. After receiving the pictures, they responded: “After investigating the issue, we confirmed that the issue was caused by a system update on our end making it impossible to view the joke. I’m happy to let you know that our technical team has now resolved the issue and the QR Code should work properly again.”
Its still hard for me to scan the QR code, and I can’t believe they make changes to this very simple web site, and don’t bother checking to make sure the site’s basic functionality still works, before customer complaints roll in.
On the good side, the cup has worked well as a cup, since the day I got it.

They lost my order for Mother's Day. Made me jump through so many hoops I almost gave up. Made me call the post office to get them to verify it was lost and that this wasn't good enough. Finally a mo th after Mother's Day they mailed me a replacement because they refused to give me a refund. There is NO customer service anymore

I ordered a shirt for my husband for Father's Day with the kids' faces on it. During the ordering process, I needed to upload pictures of the kids. The program used by Macorner perfectly cut their faces from the pictures. The online rendering of the shirt looked good. When we received the shirt, the colors were bright and the kids' faces were very crisp and clear and not pixelated. We were all very happy with how it turned out! (For reference, it was a Super Mario inspired shirt with the kids as Mario Cart drivers.)

The total experience was very good and I am extremely happy with both products I ordered. My only apprehension was after realizing that part of my order was being shipped from China, in that I would have liked to have known that in advance of ordering (I have had bad experiences with other companies who shipped from China) The delivery of that portion of my order was, in fact, delayed beyond the other portion, but as it turned out, by only maybe a week, so it was not a huge issue....yet still something that kept my experience from being given a 5 rating. The products were very creative and well made, and I would not hesitate to order from Macorner again.
