Your web site isnt very user friendly, when I checked out it went to paypal twice and then froze, I gave up! I sent a message about it, but the response was to just deflect the problem and ask for screen shots, the problem was days old and I had moved on, screen shots were completly unrealistic, no one leaves a problem on their screen for two days! But you finally responded with a discount as an incentive so I tried again and used a CC as opposed to the paypal option.
