This was the worst shopping experience I've ever had. I ordered 5 custom trinket dishes and first received an ornament, then a dish with a photo of someone else with their dog, then 1 correct dish...but this was a span of weeks. The only good thing was I did receive a refund.

Terrible product and terrible company to deal with. The cups I ordered for a grad party with a picture of my son on them were defective, and the printing of his picture came off as soon as liquid was poured into the cups. I sent the company pics of 6 of the 80 cups that we used prior to his grad party. The company asked me to send pics of the box they were shipped in with shipping label and pics of the defective cups along with pics of the unused cups so I did...they then returned and said I needed to separately use more cups in the package to see if they are defective, and I did and showed them the pictures and they responded that they believe the rest of the lot could still be good and that perhaps only those were devective and then only refunded me 8 dollars of the $100 order and told me to use the rest at the party and send pics of them being defective and they would reimburse a max of 20% of the defective order. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company!

I bought this for a dear and close friend. She is a avid plant person and has a small business with selling the plants. DO NOT ORDER FROM MACORNER! This item was ordered for the 250th fourth of July celebration. It arrived on July 5, When I asked for a refund because it is useless, they stood on the policy that the production time and shipping fell within their guidelines. They however, DID NOT factor holiday shipping schedules. This is NOT coming from the USA. Don't support a company that doesn't support USA consumers. They wouldn't even concede to the fact that the holiday affected their delivery time. They only wanted to give me a discount on a FUTURE order! Never will I order from them again.
