I am extremely disappointed with my…

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered a personalized Father’s Day mouse pad, but it never arrived in time for Father’s Day. I was not aware the product was being manufactured and shipped from China, which resulted in significant delays. I contacted customer service multiple times requesting a refund, but instead of honoring my request, I was repeatedly told the item would be remade and shipped again. It is currently still stuck in Illinois, and I still have not received it. I ultimately had to advise the company that I would dispute the charge with my credit card because my refund requests were repeatedly denied. This experience has been very frustrating, and unfortunately I will not order from Macorner again. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

I ordered the custom cutting board for…

I ordered the custom cutting board for father's day, "Everything tastes better when daddy grills it", cost $53.98, it is 5-1/2" wide by 11-1/2" long and 3/8"thick! It looks like walnut, cannot put food directly on it. Shame on Macorner for not putting sizes on ad and shame on me for not asking. It was extremely over priced! Very crappy scam.

Update: I had already written to Macorner about the late shipment. (Funny that they say here that they cannot find the order with my name since I have already communicated with them twice. And, since placing the order I have received numerous emails from them pushing for additional purchases.) ANyway, this was their reply: After reviewing your order, we can confirm that the item This Daddy Belongs To Doodle - Personalized Sweatpants, Lounge Pants With Pockets was placed on June 9, shipped on June 13, and delivered in the time manner on June 23. Our production process typically takes 3-7 business days, and once shipped, an order is expected to arrive within 7-12 business days for Standard Shipping. While your order was delivered within our estimated delivery timeframe, we completely understand that meeting the occasion was what mattered most... As a gesture of appreciation for your patience, we’d like to offer you a 20% discount code for your next purchase. I want to know why they still advertising Father's Day items when there is a good possibility it won't arrive on time. I got this on the 9th (the day I placed the order): "That Father’s Day gift you picked out? Safe, sound, and still looking like a solid choice if we’re being honest... Father’s Day’s getting closer every day, so come back, lock it in, and let future-you relax a little earlier this year." FOUR days (the 13th) and 5 emails later, I get this: "It’s been a while since your last order, and we just wanted to say we’ve missed you! Since your last visit, quite a few new arrivals have joined the shop, and many have quickly become customer favorites." HUH? It's BEEN A WHILE??? TWO days after that (the 15th) I get an offer for 25% off a new order. (Yet they magnaminously offer a 20% in the non-apologetic apology letter they sent me after my complaint?) That SAME day (the 15th), they send a 15% off email. And another on the 16th for 25%. Again on the 17th for 25%. They call it a birthday celebration but there are a lot of Father's Day items in the ad. Another for the 17th but back to 15% and pics show Father's Day items. Then on the 18th, they say next week is THEIR birthday and offer 30 exclusive uses of 30% off. And if that discount is gone, then 25%. On the 23rd I get an email telling me there is still time for July 4th orders."...Yes, these crowd-pleasers will still make it in time for the big day--" (But, look in the non-apologetic apology. It states it takes at LEAST 3 business days to produce and 7 to ship. So that is AT LEAST 10 business days, plus at least 2 non-business days. That equals 12 days MINIMUM to get your order. Which would be past July 4th.) That is false advertising. So, Macorner, don't try to pin half of my Father's Day gifts being late on me. Perhaps if you spent less time automatically filling people's emails with your false and inconsistent ads, you could get your orders out in a timely manner. Original post: I placed an order with Macorner for 2 Father's Day gifts. A personalized Grandpa shirt for my husband and Daddy sweatpants for my son-in-law. The shirt arrived well within time, but the pants did not. They were extremely late. Almost a week AFTER Father's Day! We had already put off sending our parcel to the family while waiting, but when Father's Day came and went we finally decided to send it without the pants. This was extremely disappointing, especially in light of the fact that our Son-in-law had adopted all of the children and this was his first Father's Day as their dad. Plus, the first anniversary of the adoption was a week or so later and I wanted it to be a special celebration. Somehow, you screwed up. Bad. How could 2 items ordered at the same time come so far apart AND miss the occasion(s)? We are not impressed. 

My mother’s birthday gift

Everything was good I got this for my mother for her 75 th birthday which isn’t until July 31st.

The ease of ordering the Father’s Day shirt was one that I will always remember. Your company truly hones in on customer service & satisfaction.

Terrible

Terrible. The personalised pocket watch arrived and even though it looked lovely. In reality it was cheap rubbish. The watch rattled like bits and parts were lose. Follow the instructions to start it didn’t work. Eventually found were the battery went parts loose. Tried to contact customer services very slow I asked for a refund and details how to return. No response. Stay away

Mark and the team were exceptional in helping me with a replacement Classic Cap. He remained in contact throughout the process and I am now the proud owner of the '1946 in Blue' Classic Cap. A Very Disappointing and Unacceptable Customer Experience

My experience with Macorner has been nothing short of extremely disappointing and completely unacceptable. I purchased what was intended to be a special birthday gift for my best friend. As soon as I noticed there was an issue with the shipping address, I contacted Macorner immediately and spent over a week trying to work with their customer service team to find a solution. Throughout this process, I was repeatedly assured that they would investigate the matter and liaise with the carrier. Despite my efforts, the outcome was that I paid for a product that I never received. What is most disappointing is that, after days of correspondence, Macorner ultimately accepted no responsibility, refused to provide either a refund or a replacement, and instead offered me a 40% discount to purchase the same item again. In other words, after already losing my money, I was expected to spend even more to replace a gift that I had already paid for. As a customer, I find this unacceptable. A business should be judged not by how it performs when everything goes smoothly, but by how it resolves problems when they arise. In this case, there was no genuine attempt to ensure that I received the product I had purchased or to provide a fair resolution. The result is simple: I paid for a gift that never arrived, my best friend never received her birthday present, and I have been left out of pocket with nothing to show for it. This experience has completely eroded my confidence in Macorner. I cannot recommend purchasing from a company that is unwilling to stand behind its customers when something goes wrong.

Disgusting

I ordered a memorial bench for my sister who lost her pet. When it eventually came it was made of cheap plywood and wouldn't last five minutes in the garden. It wouldn't fit together and just kept falling apart. I contacted the company for a return address as I was so disgusted with the quality of the item for the money. Emails gave been backwards and forwards with asking for photos which I didn't see any point as they cannot see from photos why the item won't fit together or the quality of the wood. WILL NEVER BUY FROM HERE AGAIN AS IT'S A RIP OFF

SCAM! DO NOT BUY from Macorner!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They send very poor quality items that don’t meet descriptions or sizes and then refuse refunds despite saying they do give refund! I bought a personalised polo shirt for my husband which was shown as a cotton mat finish high quality shirt. What arrived was a shiny smelly thing that looked like a very cheap badly made bowling shirt. It was also much smaller than advertised. Importantly it was smaller by a greater margin than Macorner say that they allow for manufacturing difference and yet they have still refused to refund me. I have logged a complaint with the UK Consumer Rights Org.

I ordered one of their engraved belts…

I ordered one of their engraved belts with a click latch to tighten for my boyfriend for Fathers Day! To start, the quality of the product is excellent! The engraving is clear and easy to read, the belt itself looks very clean, sturdy and great quality, and the buckle just pulls it all together into a sleek, beautiful piece! My boyfriends old belt was falling apart, held together with electrical tape, and causing him to breakout on his stomach where the belt buckle would touch his skin. He has told me numerous times how much he really likes the new belt! He really likes the way it clicks to latch and unlatch, how easily you can cut and shorten it, and the best part....the rash the other belt caused has completely healed since he started wearing this new one! Definitely worth the buy!
