My original package was damaged when it arrived. I immediately contacted Macorner and they shipped my replacement order within a couple of days. It arrived unharmed. The communication piece was top notch. They were easy to contact and they responded within a timely fashion. I will order from them again!

I have placed orders with Macorner and have never been disappointed. My last order that I just got was no exception. I ordered some shirts for an anniversary cruise. I order them in plenty of time. Much to my surprise my order got lost in transit. Macorner notified me of this situation. I didn't even realize it at the time. Not only did they notify me, they automatically processed a new order for me. I appreciate them so much letting me know. I replied in the email that they were special shirts and I needed them before a certain date which was fast approaching. Well I got the shirts prior to my trip. I have been so impressed with their communication with me, I can't brag enough. Macorner will be my go to. Never have I received such great customer from an online order. Thank you Macorner!

Their courier EVRi failed on delivery. EVRi eventually admitted their failure- Macorner didn’t take any responsibility for following through the issue we had. The delivery address was a business address - delivered at 22:10 on a Saturday night left outside the premises on an industrial estate. Obviously someone has picked it up. Macorner stood by the fact it was delivery successfully!! Offered a 30% refund or a replacement. I declined the replacement as the original was a gift. 30% is a joke. I will never use this company again. It’s even worse because you can’t speak to a human being all automated emails.
Macorner have now given a full refund after seeing evidence that EVri have admitted a failed service. Also a replacement item. The replacement was not requested the original was a gift.
I feel Macorner should take ownership of failed deliveries taking the stress away from the consumer.

The customized lamp is absolutely beautiful and is great keepsake. The customer service is amazing. There was a slight defect in the first lamp delivered and I immediately sent pictures to support. Within a few weeks, they sent me a replacement lamp and it is perfect. I will certainly buy more from this company. I am totally impressed.

I placed an order for a charm bracelet for a graduation present. Upon tracking on the 1 July it clearly states getting ready for delivery. I contacted customer service because 8 days later and the item has still not been delivered. Customer service have advised it will be another 10 days before dispatch noting they have to engrave one word on the bracelet. It should not take over 20 days to deliver an item. I now have 24 hrs to purchase another gift and have requested cancellation and a refund. Do not buy from this company!
Following on from my review this company have now dispatched the item today, the same day I asked for the item to be cancelled because I informed them that this was a graduation present and it is to late now. They have sent the item anyway The item is being shipped from china, if I had known this I never would have placed the order.. Do not waste your money, time and effort by ordering from this company. This item is useless to me now, 20 days from placing the order and another 10 days after graduation.

The mug is much smaller than expected. I would have liked to have had the opportunity to pay more for a larger size.
Also, I wanted to order 2 mugs at the same time with different pictures. Every time I attempted this, the original picture was replaced with the second picture. I ended up having to use 2 DIFFERENT emails in 2 DIFFERENT orders in order to accomplish this.
Finally, the shipping was very inaccurate and took forever. When they finally arrived,one showed up as an Amazon order and was put in a concierge locker, while the other showed up 2 weeks later(they were ordered within minutes of each other) and was dropped off in an unsecured area where signs expressly said DO NOT LEAVE PACKAGES HERE.
I’m not ordering from this business again.

there was a delivery issue which merchant had addressed quickly! this is how I remember businesses used to treat their customers- with respect. the item was as described- my daughter loved it! this business is legitimate. definitely recommend.

Macorner reached out to me and offered to send me a new shirt that wasn’t date specific. I chose a family tree t shirt with pictures of my family. They made it and shipped it out very quickly. The t shirt is lovely and good quality. Macorner has gone a long way to earn my business again. I appreciate their efforts to make it right!!
I ordered several gifts for Mother’s Day and one was for my daughter’s first Mother’s Day as we were having a gathering. It had her name and my granddaughter and said first Mother’s Day. 2 days before Mother’s Day I was informed they lost my package, I had ordered over a month in advance. I didn’t get the item until 2 weeks later, I was so very upset.
Then a couple of weeks before 4th of July, 2026 they advertised a personalized grandma shirt with all the kids names and that it was the 250th anniversary. I was hesitant to try them again but really liked the shirt. They said if I paid an additional $7.99 shipping they would deliver July 1-3. So I paid extra and ordered. On July 3 I was informed that my shirt would arrive on July 6. You can literally only wear that shirt on July 4, 2026!!! Sadly I didn’t have a special shirt to wear on such an historic milestone in our country. I requested to be refunded the money I paid since the shirt is useless now and they replied that they would not issue a refund as it was personalized and that they did not guarantee delivery date, which was false information and why would they sell a shirt for a specific day if they can not deliver. I will NEVER order from this horrible company again, and I buy many personalized items for myself and my precious family

I ordered a banner for a 4th of July parade. When ordering it stated that it would be here by July 1st. I Inquired about the timeframe to be sure we would get it in time. Of course we did not. When i questioned the company they stated.. " After reviewing your order, we can confirm that it was processed and shipped within our stated timeframe. At this time, the package is already in transit with the shipping carrier, so we're unable to offer a refund while the shipment is still actively on its way." Not sure what i am going to do with this banner now that the parade is over! Very disappointed.
