I ordered a banner for a 4th of July…
I ordered a banner for a 4th of July parade. When ordering it stated that it would be here by July 1st. I Inquired about the timeframe to be sure we would get it in time. Of course we did not. When i questioned the company they stated.. " After reviewing your order, we can confirm that it was processed and shipped within our stated timeframe. At this time, the package is already in transit with the shipping carrier, so we're unable to offer a refund while the shipment is still actively on its way." Not sure what i am going to do with this banner now that the parade is over! Very disappointed.
