I placed an order for a charm bracelet…
I placed an order for a charm bracelet for a graduation present. Upon tracking on the 1 July it clearly states getting ready for delivery. I contacted customer service because 8 days later and the item has still not been delivered. Customer service have advised it will be another 10 days before dispatch noting they have to engrave one word on the bracelet. It should not take over 20 days to deliver an item. I now have 24 hrs to purchase another gift and have requested cancellation and a refund. Do not buy from this company! Following on from my review this company have now dispatched the item today, the same day I asked for the item to be cancelled because I informed them that this was a graduation present and it is to late now. They have sent the item anyway The item is being shipped from china, if I had known this I never would have placed the order.. Do not waste your money, time and effort by ordering from this company. This item is useless to me now, 20 days from placing the order and another 10 days after graduation.
