Got a personalized shirt for my husband for Father’s Day and he absolutely loves it! It’s great quality, they had some awesome colors to choose from and the shipping time was much quicker than I anticipated. Their customer service was also fantastic, as I had made errors with my shipping info and they made it very easy to correct it quickly, before any problems arose. STAY AWAY FROM MACORNER!
I bought a memorial car viser. It came in about a week and a half. It came in an envelope, it was a thin piece of wood and a clip not attached. I email the company and they ask that I send them pictures of the viser, and package. Then they tell me to attach the clip to back with adhesive strip. So I email back saying I had no adhesive strip, they ask for more pictures. So I send pictures of clip. After multiple attempts of getting my refund , there fix is sending me the adhesive strip or a 10% refund. First of all the item should have came together for the amount of money I payed. Second if they expect you to put it together it should be in item description and all pieces and instructions sent. DO NOT BUY FROM MACORNER. Poor quality and horrible customer service.

Ordered a fathers day gift almost a month ago aware that some feedback related to long shipping times. As expected shipping took a while, but the tracking info shows the package has bounced around, delivery has never been attempted and now it's now on its way back to China with no communication to me as the customer at all. I'm now anticipating a battle for a refund.
Strongly recommend not ordering from them.

Well after a lot of wasted time, having evidence dismissed because of how I took photos, the picture is still not central on the mug, it needs to be moved at least one cm to the right to be central. The replacement they sent never had the original flaw between the cup and transfer but the transfer is still off centre. I haven’t asked for much I just want the £35 dog mug that I saw on instagram not the one they sent. I want no white strip around the handle, like the video, and I want the picture to be central, not off to the side, like the video. I have been offered 10 percent off my next purchase but why would I order off a company who doesn’t send what they advertise.
An update I have just been sent £3.50, which is 10 percent of the mug price. All I wanted was the mistake corrected and it wasn’t. I DO NOT TRUST this company anymore

I have been given a full refund for the mug as I finally provided adequate proof, this was done by using a tape measure. After a long drawn out and unnecessary process, I have been asked to review or delete my review. I said I would edit once I had the refund. I have received the refund and a new email prompting me to delete my reviews. I have previously ordered from this company and I have had no problems whatsoever, this is my first problem but I am so disappointed with the way it was finally rectified it has lost them a customer. I have decided not to delete but to change the stars from one( would have given zero originally if I could have) up to three stars.

I had a great experience with them. I went to go check the tracking about a week and a half after ordering and there was some kind of glitch where there was no updated information so I emailed the company. Not only they respond within 20 minutes saying they would look into it and to please give them 24 hours they actually responded in 24 hours with an updated tracking number. It arrived two days ago. After it was delivered the even when out of their way to make sure that I had in fact received it. I know a lot of these companies can be questionable nowadays but I can speak pretty confidently that this company is not one of those companies. They actually have a real customer service team in place who actually care about their customers. And another amazing thing is what it says it's Canadian dollars it's actually Canadian dollars (You can sometimes order from companies that claim they're from Canada but they charge in USD) I will definitely be using this company again!

The shipment took about 2 weeks, but it was absolutely worth the wait. When I received my product and it turned out to be the wrong color, customer service was very friendly and helpful. Had a birthday party on June 10th and when ordered it confirmed shipping on June 8th. FINALLY arrived June 17th, well after the party. Paid $60.00 for 10 custom cups and when they arrived they were small and cheap plastic. 10/10 do not recommend.

Ordered a belt but could not see the writing, I emailed they were very fast to respond and immediately agreed to send a replacement, they also sized the belt down as the original I chose the incorrect size. The new belt arrived yesterday and is PERFECT!! 10/10 recommend, excellent customer service, very friendly and understanding. Buy from Macorner you will NOT regret it ❤️

Full Refund Policy Not Honored- unauthorized replacement
I ordered from Macorner and repeatedly requested a full refund of the remaining $42.53 to my original Visa card. I never authorized or accepted a replacement, yet one was shipped anyway. Despite multiple requests, Macorner continued pushing the replacement instead of honoring my refund request, causing unnecessary delays and frustration.
