Full Refund Policy Not Honored- unauthorized replacement
I ordered from Macorner and repeatedly requested a full refund of the remaining $42.53 to my original Visa card. I never authorized or accepted a replacement, yet one was shipped anyway. Despite multiple requests, Macorner continued pushing the replacement instead of honoring my refund request, causing unnecessary delays and frustration.
