I could not be happier with the product and the wonderful communication by the vendor. They kept in contact and made tracking of my product available and it was delivered in the timeframe stated.
I trust this company.
They sent me a totally wrong item. I refused it and sent it back. I tried to give them the opportunity to send the correct item, but they are giving me such a run around I do not want their product, I want my money back. So far still fighting.

What an awful company. When I paid for a personalised baseball…
When I paid for a personalised baseball cap I paid an additional fee to have the hat done immediately.
There was no update so 10 days later I sent an email asking for an update. I got no response. The birthday I bought the present for has come and gone now.
I still haven't heard anything from them.
