So … I have already posted a review on my terrible experience with Pawsionate and here’s my follow-up. I purchased a baseball cap which arrived with incorrect copy. I contacted them three times using “Contact Us” filling in all the fields and including a photo. The first two requesting a replacement and the third time asking for refund. I contacted my credit card company requesting a reversal of the charge; which was done. When the credit card company contacted Pawsionate they told the credit card company I had not bothered to contact them before I requested the reversal. The amount is now back on my credit card and had to waste another two hours providing documentation to the credit card company to “prove” my request is valid. Too bad Pawsionate hasn’t spent time fixing their customer service problems I wish I had looked at other reviews on this site. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. This is the worst online experience I have ever had.

Product and service
The mug looks exactly like photo except with my personalized info, of course. They kept me informed all along the process however the order was received much quicker than I anticipated . Great company to buy from. Definitely will purchase again when I need something they sell
Delivery confirmation of where parcel left was not given
I had to give 1 star initially as there was no option to give Zero. I ordered a personalised bangle after I lost my dog a month ago and saw this website and liked the jewellery. I placed the order end of May, and have been anxiously waiting for it to be shipped from china? The update was that it has been delivered, but there was no. Picture to show where it had been left. I therefore thought it had been delivered elsewhere. After I reached out to the team, I was sent a photo of the confirmation delivery and I then found the package inside my garage. Therefore this was a misunderstanding from my partner and was rectified by the team. I am now in possession of my bangle and I'm really happy with the engraving and the quality. Thank you for sorting this out for me in the end.

Poor Customer Service
Order: #PAW13681138066 I ordered a small adult printed tee-shirt on 14 April 2026. This arrived one day late, on 1 May 2026. When opening the parcel (packaging acceptable), I found that it contained a tee-shirt suitable for a small child, not a small adult. The print design was as ordered. I immediately used the 'complaints' process, quoting all relevant details - I received a standard, auto-reply stating that I should (!) receive a response within 24 hours. One week later, I repeated the complaints process. Again I received the standard auto-reply. I have received no further communications on this matter. Poor customer service. Update end June 2026 Following some correspondence, this supplier sent me a new T-shirt in the correct size withthe crrect printing. Issue closed.

SCAM!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS “Company” I purchase a tumbler and it never came. What a shame that people do this to other people. I have limited money but wanted to buy something for my sick husband who love our dog dearly. Shame!!!!!

This is a cheap gimmick - don’t buy
The delivery took a while but I was kept well informed. This was a Father’s Day gift so anticipation was high. The hat is terrible. Just awful. I thought the figures on the front were embroidered on but no…sticker. The bowl of the hat was pretty shallow - more for a small woman’s head. The material cheap and nasty. The points are only for their communications (too much maybe) I won’t be buying from this vendor again.

Can I give ZERO stars? Do NOT order anything from a company that advertises on Facebook called Pawsionate. I ordered something from them, and it says it was delivered to a Facebook friend's address, which I don't have. She never received it, either. I'm not sure how they found that address. I entered my address because I hadn't used this company before and didn't have the other person's address. She hasn't posted her address on Facebook and isn't sure how they found it. I have not received one reply from them so I have now taken out a case against them to get my money back through my credit card.

Printing is terrible.
I'd ordered a tshirt for my husband for father's day, the tshirt arrived the quality of the print is terrible! There is a big white box round the printing where the transfer has been ironed onto the tshirt. Wouldn't recommend them and will never buy again from them!

They inflate the picture to look like the product is bigger than it is. Can’t even read the inscription. Return refund policy is bull 💩💩💩💩💩. I’ve put in 4 requests for a refund and haven’t heard a peep back. This was supposed to be a gift for someone. No way can I give this joke to her. No phone number to call. The number they show is not in service

I did the 3 dog welcome mat
I did the 3 dog welcome mat, I paid extra for expedited service, not sure if it made it expedited or not it still took a while to receive but the company did send frequent updates, while the print was cute for a welcome mat it was a bit smaller than anticipated, the quality I cannot attest to yet,but it’s thin, if you want complete honesty it’s made out of the same material as a mousepad so to me it is just a xl mousepad and I may use it as such on my desk as I’m afraid the print won’t last with people wiping their feet on it, just really an impulse purchase in hindsight, I won’t purchase again.

I have NEVER RECEIVED any of my two ordered items, even though according to their tracking details it was delivered. Absolutely not worth it. Also the tracking shows it's a Chinese product coming from China...

I recently ordered a beautiful stainless steel bracelet from Pawsionate, and I couldn't be happier with it. They make an awesome assortment of handmade items designed to commemorate our pets, and this piece is the perfect way to cherish my sweet pet now that she is gone.
