I am very happy and appreciative for my purchase with toy central. They demonstrated great service in providing high quality toy and my Belle singing toy came in excellent condition from such a long distance. I have had really bad experience when I purchase from the USA in how the carrier lose my products and I don’t get what I purchased. But with Toy Central they are professional and know how to sell quality toys and are able to send a package to its customer. I am very happy and Toy Central is a place to order toys that we cannot get here in Australia. Thank you Toy Central for my purchase!

Exactly what I wanted. Fit our pram straight away. Only disappointing part was how slow delivery was and unable to track easily

Misleading practices to defraud consumers.

Website images showed a box of cards, the SEO was for a box of cards, the price was for a box of cards. In the description it was mentioned for a pack of cards. Clearly an attempt to mislead and defraud buyers. Their website is a swedish site, they are housed in Germany and if you call them, it goes to outsources in India who say they don't work for the company.

After agreeing to refund to my credit…

After agreeing to refund to my credit card in 3-5 day’s because product not in stock. I patiently waited for a total of 8 days no refund. I then phoned my credit card company and started a claim. I received an email from Toyscentral stating that they could not refund while a dispute with the bank is ongoing and promised to refund promptly when I Provided proof I had cancelled the dispute. I replied please just refund my money and that would end it….still no refund I will let the card company deal with it as this company has no ethics or morales.. stealing a pensioners money..

1. It took three weeks to get the toy 2. I wanted to use the option "leave the package by the door". I wrote it down. There is no specific space for #door. As a result, the courier didn't leave my package and returned after correcting it. Change your form to add door#

No problems - arrived on time, packed well and jigsaw as described. No reason for complaint.

Good customer service

A big thumbs up for the response from the service team when they discovered the product i had ordered was out of stock and immediately replaced it with a second option. Unfortunately it happened over the xmas period which caused a slight delay with delivery. However, I was happy with the response from the service team and I can confirm that the product arrived a week later.

Spoke to a very nice girl on chat option, told her it was a Santa present- I got an email straight away with an update and each time a question was asked by me, the same lady was amazing. I felt comfortable and reassured that they would be there at any stage. Good call!!!!
