I had a minor issue using parallax focus and reticle focus. I called the 1-800 number and one of the Johns responded after 9:00 pm with the help I needed! Over the top customer service. Thank you

The order shipped quickly, and accurate. Installation was relatively straightforward. I was a bit disappointed to see the cerakote finish on the ring caps both had blemishes. Since they were both blemished in the same spot I tend to think it was a production error, and missed by QC. Some of the screws had fallen out, and were rolling around in the package. Happy to see that none were lost. This is my first order with Tract, so I'm not sure what to think.

I originally posted a somewhat negative review because I had little time to familiarize myself with the scope and put it to immediate use in a match where I had troubles with it. The scope actually has excellent functionality and outstanding resolution, but I had issues with keeping a precise and consistent position on follow-up shots. Change in position in a dynamic situation demands a bit of time to realign to maintain a sharp sight picture; something that took me some practice to learn how to do well. But it's well worth it for the great sight picture.

I have now purchased 3 items from Tract: the 4-20X50MOA scope, lens covers, and the high visibility MOA turret. I have also had one e-mail exchange with the company. First, the scope and accessories. I own 3 rifle scopes, so I am by no means an expert, but the Tract is by far the best of the three. The other two are a Leupold VX3 and a Zeiss Conquest V4. Glass quality is far superior in the Tract, and I also love the reticle, the quality feel of the turrets, and the overall build quality of this scope. I did change out the elevation turret to the high visibility model, and this is a significant upgrade for my tired old eyes (would be nice if this were an option on the scope to begin with??). The one “complaint” is the weight of the scope, but this scope is on my truck hunting rifle so I knew and accepted this from the start. I would have zero reservations in buying one of the 1” diameter scopes for my backpack rifle if they had the same MOA/MOA reticle or at least a few wind hash marks. The one e-mail interaction I had was answered promptly and courteously. I can definitely see TRACT getting more of my money in the future.
