Talking To A Real Person
Having a real person answer the phone, answer ones questions and help a prospective buyer make an informed decision on what product one needs as opposed to a product one desires. Thank you for giving me peace of mind knowing I had chosen the correct rifle scope for my hunting needs. I will not spend 5 minutes dealer with computer generated messages. John
