It is simply impossible to communicate with this retarded outfit. impossible to email or call this operation. I do not understand how they are allowed to even operate in this great country. You can only reach them via an artificial intelligence system ( more like an artificial stupidity system) that is absolutely useless. Do yourself a favor and do not ever sign up with these morons unless you want to deal with a nightmare.
If you can use any other tool to trade, go for it. They make you purchase and upgrade plans, when you have the basic plan, things suddenly stop working. In one week of being a basic plan, my trades suddenly get closed out, in lost or in profit...does not matter, suddenly puff, the trades gets closed for no reason in the middle of it. Although i pay for CME data, the chart is super slow... and of course, they don't help you out if you don't upgrade and pay for a plan. like you don't matter if you don't pay. You literally get an email saying: oh we only help paid customers. Ridiculous customer service.
It is the worst system. It always lagging and delayed. Telling me to try again when I'm trying to add a trade. It blows right passed my stop lose and just takes the money. Then it tells me to try again later in the middle of a trade. I'm so over this platform. I don't recommend it to no one. customer service does not exist.
Paper trading sets the benchmark for trading, its horrible, its all lagging. Would you trust your broker to link with this horrible trade system?
Customer service is non-existent with this company, unless you like talking to a chat-bot. I was sincerely trying to get hold of anybody who could help me with a subscription question (I am already a long-time customer) concerning how to best navigate a July4 sale and having it applied to my current subscription which does not expire until Feb. The bot attempts to place my request in a category that doesn't have current faq's that tend to my situation, won't give a company email address (like for example support at CompanyNamedotcom, flat refuses to) and when asked for a url for a standard support ticket creation page it sends me back to the chat-bot start. Horrible horrible horrible customer service.
My account was being hacked. A warning email had been sent by Tradingview. I logged in to my account and found that the hacker had messed with my account by upgrading my service plan and sub. to some data services. I informed Tradingview the same day, followed their online instruction to change the login password and 2FA, and asked for a refund. The support refused to issue a refund. They seem indifferent and refuse to take action to correct the wrong doings or to look into the breach seriously. My advice is don't have any payment accounts or 3rd party accounts e.g. brokerage accounts, linked to TradingView.
When i first got Tradingview it seemed kind of alright then seemingly out of nowhere, they hid the submit support request feature and on my last ticket didnt even answer my question then closed the ticket. And im out $600 for the year, too. So to recap: their service was marginally good, they then laid off much of their customer service and replaced most if not all of them with AI, their service steeply declined, and now Im out $600. I honestly hope they go bankrupt.
The paid software of tradingview in conjuction with an API or online brokerages (Questrade etc), makes for a very fast, and effective trading tool. My win rates have increased exponentially. Well work the money!! VWAP scalper, and Supertrend are amazing public made tools as well. Give them props.
I have been a subscriber for a paid plan since 2023. Since payment is autopilot, fees are deducted on a monthly basis, and should any payment fail to go through, they are quick to cut off your access to the plan until payment is made again. For a few months now, I have stopped trading and signing in to the website, thus I figured I'd cancel my subscription for now. I thought I had done so, but had a deduction from my ac on 10 June. I discovered this when I received the email with a soft copy of the receipt. It did say that should I want a refund, I'd have to make submit a request within 7 days of the payment, but hey, the receipt is sent exactly 7 days after the payment. They claim that they would understand as from time to time, people may need their money due to any circumstances. However, there was no email addres, link to forms or instruction on how to go about getting the refund. I sent a reply email, but no answer, then forwarded it and still no answer, then I went to their help page and it was all on AI assist, with no live help support. Thus, the 7 days were exceeded and when I tried to get a refund from the support page, they informed me that the time period was over and no refund would be given. I'm honestly flabbergasterd as there are so many subscribers to their various plans. The governing body or Ministry should look into their business as their practices are not honest and of integrity. If you're considering signing up, only do the free plan otherwise seek out other platforms to assist you, the headache and frustration in communicating with their 'support team' is rediculous, nobody needs that when you need genuine help.
TradingView offers generous affiliate rewards to YouTubers and online teachers. Because of this, many educators suggest the platform to their students and earn money in return. But as someone who has paid for the service, my experience has not matched these recommendations. The software has numerous bugs, customer support is extremely difficult to reach, and users often spend hours trying to gain access to the real-time market data they have already paid for. The primary email address is noreply.tradingview.com, and much of the support process appears to be handled by AI systems that can keep customers stuck in repetitive loops without resolving their issues. Paying customers deserve timely assistance, especially when they have purchased annual subscriptions and additional data packages. Relying heavily on automated responses instead of providing effective human support shows a lack of respect for customers who need access to the services they have paid for. In my opinion, if a company requires payment upfront but fails to provide adequate customer support when problems arise, it raises serious concerns about the quality of its service. Based on my experience, I would advise potential customers to carefully research the company and its support reputation before purchasing.
horrible after try out period you cannot cancel and they make you pay via your creditcard. No customer support email address. They on prupose hide the cancellation button on the platform. legal email address doesnt respond on purpose to my cancellation. A SCAM!!!
they do not accept outlook email that i use for such registrations =/
This platform feels like a dictatorship. It is filled with unreasonable rules and pointless policies, making it frustrating to use. In my opinion, it is not worth using at all.
Trading View is now an unpleasant experience if you need any kind of support. They are simply are not interested in the customer any more. It is virtually impossible to contact a real person - instead you are stuck in a bot loop with the wrong answers for your question. In addition to this pine script is still a buggy language and not really built for anyone with professional aspirations - there are far better alternatives out there who don't charge extra for proper data either. The reason I am leaving them is because I upgraded to their top package and then found some of the premium features were not available such as the extra historical data - it just wasn't there and despite sending many support messages I have never heard anything. I feel they have taken my money without delivering therefore I do not recommend them at this time. Be warned - shop around!
I have been using tradingview for several years with great satisfaction. However, lately the platform has been getting progressively worse. 1. The company is becoming increasingly stingy— the number of indicators in the free version has gone from 3 to 2. 2.After trying a free trial, I was unable to cancel it via my phone. I was lucky to have my laptop with me on holiday, otherwise I would have had a problem. Also, your free trial stops immediately once you cancel it, even if you still have remaining time left in the month. Cancelling early is therefore not an option. 3. Nowadays, I get warnings every minute on most days telling me that I have an ad blocker enabled (which is not true), which is not allowed, after which I have to keep clicking it away. Fix these issues and I will update my review. But for now, it is simply not good enough.
Same as many other reviewers = lured me in with a cheap account, then billed the 2nd most expensive one = no answer when I complained. Afterwards, suddenly I got blocked out as they said I was now a professional user and needed to upgrade to their most expensive plan = Avoid this company at all costs
The programming language is riddled with bugs. And the support is an absolute disaster! Webhooks don't work reliably, and there's no hotline to contact, even with a paid subscription! I strongly advise everyone to avoid this platform. If you're starting out with trading, choose a different platform like MetaTrader 5. The ignorance of Tradingview staff sucks!!
Now tradingview is the worst playform of all time. Iv purchased premium subscription and thought if amp futures gonna provide 1 month free trial of live data why not to use them. Iv connected and they said we are blocking real time from demo, cause you need to pay money for also data. Conclusion: dont use this platform
I've been a customer off and on for a couple of years. Most recently, while I was an existing customer, I upgraded to the Plus level. On 5/22/26 my account was charged $22.95 for the Essential Level + data fees. On 5/30/26 I upgraded to the Plus Level and my card was charged an additional $34.95. I've been unable to get a credit, and they don't offer refunds. There is NO customer support for this type of problem. You'll chat with an AI bot, that can't reason. Before you become a customer, try to call them: there is no phone number that works, and you'll never talk to, or chat with, a live person. I'm bone with them.
