The item was easy to order
The item was easy to order, shipped quickly and was delivered within a few days. Updates were frequent and informative. The item was as expected. However, it would have been helpful to know that the delivery was made to my mail box and not to my front door.
I forgot to include the monogram…
I forgot to include the monogram initials in my online order and an employee from Trafalgar called right away to keep the order moving on time. The belt buckle arrived and is gorgeous. It was the perfect graduation gift.
Promised Refund and Coupon Never Received – Very Disappointing
Since March 15, my order has been “on its way.” On April 15, I received an apology and a promise to resend the item. On April 22, I was told the shipment was out of stock. On May 6, I was promised a 30% off coupon and a full refund. Today is May 21 and I still have not received any response, refund, or coupon. This is completely unacceptable and feels like an absolute scam. Proceed with caution if you’re dealing with this service.
Am waiting for belts to be delivered
Am waiting for belts to be delivered. Already know they are of excellent quality and workmanship. Purchased these from Dillard’s the Bordeaux men’s dress belts. There is no substitute for full grain leather. Some manufacturers guarantee them for 100 years.
Improve description details/pics on site
My husband has one arm and needs a neck extension clasp for his dress shirts to wear to church. Looking at the pictures, he assumed they stretched but they don't, and the clasp is hard to get it to click over the button.

Overall, it’s a well made high-quality leather belt. My big issue is that there should be either multiple snaps or a stronger snap so the buckle doesn’t fall off. Within the first couple days both times I’ve taken the belt off the single snap just popped open. The belt that this replaced was about 20 years old and had two larger snaps so it was very tough to open (in a good way).
Lost package with excellent resolution
I never received the first order for unknown reasons. That made the eventual delivery a full week late. However the response to take care of the issue and send out a replacement asap was excellent.

Timeless design and enduring quality
Trafalgar offers a wide range of sophisticated, classic men's accessories. I purchased a handsome leather belt and man's leather bracelet and was not disappointed by either the quality or by the craftsmaship. This was my first purchase with Tranfalgar and plan to vist and shop there again.
