Was easy to book with online....but…
Was easy to book with online....but then out of no where someone called me and said they needed to charge me another 2000$ for the flights to book my seats, if i didn't pay the amount they would cancel the whole trip and only give a partial refund. I had suspicious charges on my card which i disputed as the total they billed did not add up to the total i was invoiced. took weeks to resolve and still had them threatening to cancel my trip a few days before departure.
Do not buy airline ticket with them. They will call you a few hours later and tell you you need to pay more if you want to hold the same flight. BAD BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!!!
My first experience was not very good every time I would call people just passed me on to the next person then I was able to talk with Marcus wilber was very professional and went beyond my expectations calling me back and spending the time until we got my needs solved thanks marcus wilber

Using this site for the first time was a pleasant experience. The customer service representative (Mr. Atul) was very helpful and well able to accommodate my request, Thanks to him.
I would like to express my appreciation to the Mr. Atul, the customer service agent who answered my phone call when I faced a challenge with the payment for my booking. He helped my through redoing the payment process and followed up with ne until U got my e-ticket issued and sent to me. His service was professional and very customer service minded. 👍😊
Marcus was very helpful. It felt like he was on my side. I booked my SAS air tickets in February to Denmark/ Faroe Islands. My trip is for 9th July 2023. So far, i have not received my visa.
Marcus spoke to SAS and got me a travel voucher. He also got me some more time to hold on to my reservation, just incase i get the visa before travel date.
