Could not connect the SIM even after following all the instructions. Contacted the support email and got a single reply that did not help. They did not reply to any of my follow up emails. Paid for a SIM that did not work and have not been able to get a refund yet.
Used Travelgator eSIM on my trip, setup was fast and easy, and the connection was reliable the whole time. No need for physical SIMs, and I had data as soon as I landed. Great value and responsive support. Highly recommend! Great eSIM for Travel!

I’ve been using TravelGator for 3 of my trips already! The line was amazing. Converting to eSIMs was such a game changer! I no longer have to carry heavy portable pocket wifi with me anymore! eSIMs will never get out of battery (if you get what I mean) 😝 highly recommended!
Late to respond on email and when responding did not adress the issue

Coverage was strong in most places, with reliable 4G in cities and decent service even in rural areas. Customer support was quick and helpful when I had a question. Overall, a smooth and hassle-free way to stay connected without swapping SIM cards or carry a heavy WiFi device. I’d definitely use it again.
