Booked a flight last night(11-2-2023)… SHADY ALART
Booked a flight last night(11-2-2023) pd with credit card. Got call this morning from gentleman named Stevie stated “ your fight was sold out and to call him.” I called him back he stated “ I can get you same flight but it will cost $1436.00 because I will have to upgrade you.” Or a different flight into different airport with 8 hr lay over. He also said he guaranteed me that I would not find a cheaper flight or he would give me free flight. I hung up, went online to United and found my flight for $736.00. Just $26.00 more the last night, The company is very shady I would suggest not using them. NEEDLESS SO SAY I DID NOT GET OFFER THE FREE FLUGHT HE SAID HE WOLD GIVE ME! SHADY SHADY SHADY!

Greetings of the day !!!!
Prices which you are looking online are the unpublished fares and are dynamic in nature; it depends on the seat availability on a particular flight. The prices are not guaranteed until the tickets get issued due to its variation of changing when seats getting occupied by some other passenger or group. However you may always call us to get the unpublished fare for the flights you are looking for after compare the prices on airline website. Will go ahead and give you cheapest price which will be available with us subject to availability.

Jack was extremely helpful. He listened to us, was patient with our requests, was very easy to understand, polite, got all the reservations correctly per our request, and we are not sure there could be a better person to help people obtain their airline tickets.
We am very appreciative of Jack and all the work he did for us.
Respectfully,
Mike Sciutto

I am trying to be polite by giving 2 stars, but have to agree with the negative comments. This was definitely a bait and switch. The old saying "if it seems too good to be true, chances are it is" applies here. After booking on the advertised price, I received a call the next day, telling me the seats were not available at the price advertised, and was quoted a new price of an additional $100.00 per ticket. Very disappointing. I should have listened to the reviews of others who said the same happened to them.I have used 3rd party bookers many times in the past, with no issue, this was the first time having this experience. Live and learn.

I finally found a flight and price I was happy with! Unfortunately, that was not to be. I received a call and email within minutes of completing the booking only to be told the price I wanted was unavailable, but if I pay an addition $200, I could move up to the main cabin! Then, the representative tried to use pressure tactics about how flights are selling fast! No thank you.

Patient and kind and very attentive to my needs. I was super skeptical but I saved more than 50% off. I would’ve got it cheaper if I just bought it when I initially seen it. But I hesitated because I wasn’t familiar with a travel broker. But I’m checking with them

They are truly the worst company to book with I booked an airline with them and had to change my ticket immediately. They would not answer their telephones I had multiple numbers! I had to rebook through another travel agent!

Don't bother booking online, just call and get one of the agents to give you their price. They have access to some discounted flights at times and it saved me quite a bit of money. I was skeptical at first, but decided if it was a scam I would just report it on my card.
I talked with Jake and he was super patient, very helpful and called me several times throughout the booking. Got the confirmation the next day and have it showing up now on my Delta app. All is good and this really is legit.

Don't be fooled by the positive reviews. I like to believe in people and companies but don't get hoodwinked like me!!!
Booked a flight yesterday. They called me like 2 hours after, I missed the call. They called me back today and told me I had booked "basic economy" even though their website only listed Economy, and that all the basic economy seats were filled so I had to upgrade to Economy. THAT IS FALSE ADVERTISING ON THEIR WEBSITE FOR BOOKING "ECONOMY". Then I went on the airline website and it shows the flight STILL HAD SEATS AVAILABLE in basic economy and he asked me to check the price (it'll obviously cost more than their price), but the price was the same as yesterday (the day I booked my flight)! THEN I went on their website and he claims they are different and better than all other 3rd party website blah blah blah and THEY HAD 7 SEATS LEFT FOR 'ECONOMY' on the same flight and same price that I had booked!!!!!!!!!! This irked me like crazy because THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! Then he said Oh it's because other 3rd party sites filled up with spots already - again another LIE and then his next excuse was we don't communicate with our marketing team to update the website - MORE BS! Then he proceeded to get aggressive on the phone as I voiced my concerns.
I've booked on other 3rd party websites before and never had an issue! Read all the 1 star reviews. They are all true. These people like to do a BAIT AND SWITCH. if the offer looks to good to be true - IT IS.
My reservation was cancelled and needless to say, I will be reporting them to the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and anywhere else I can!

You choose an almost too good to be true flight then you get the call that it is not available. But don’t worry you can pay double for another flight or they put you on Spirit when you thought you were on United. Very disappointed
