It's been a tough year. I found the perfect tree for my family and ordered it from Treetopia. The delivery date said Nov 25. That would have been perfect. We always put it up the day after Thanksgiving. The delivery date has changed 4 times now. It keeps getting pushed back. Today it says it will be delivered on Dec 3. It's depressing. I can't trust that it will be here on Dec 3 either since the date keeps changing. My family keeps asking about the tree. Please, we really need this tree soon. Or at least tell us the truth of when it will be delivered so we stop getting disappointed every few days.

I treated myself and brought the Red Lipstick tree 6ft. I had read the reviews before I brought But I wasn't prepared for what I received. This tree is simply Beautiful and the added touches like the push button to turn on/off the lights, or the extra plug for your tree topper built into the tree. I decorated my tree with high heels and purses ornament. I'm so glad I finally got my Red tree. Note the pictures don't give justice to real beauty of this tree.
My tree was terrible it was so badly put together. My tree is blue they used white tape to hold blue limbs to it the quality was not expected for the price, tree was so skimpy and so little I was led to believe it would be a full 6-ft tree instead I got was disappointment. We received a treetopia tree last year. Disappointment doesn't begin to explain how I feel not to mention when I ordered it it took them a long time I got my tree four days before Christmas in 2019. I made numerous calls but a lot of promises totally not worth the wait so many levels of disappointment. I do not recommend this tree to nobody. I dare treetopia to call me When I told my daughter that I had ordered this tree she was thinking about the candy cane tree and ordering it for her home but once I received my tree and saw the disappointment the smallness of it for the price it was awful I told her not to bother that we will look somewhere else to find her a beautiful tree but not with Treetopia. In my company I know how it is and deal with a lot of people who asked about things for the different holidays I will definitely not be giving a good review nor will I encourage anybody to buy from treetopia. I will also be putting a review on my website, on my Facebook account for my company, and another sites I don't want anybody to have this type of disappointment especially with a child in a house expecting so much and getting back so little. I ordered a tree that looked like a Mercedes $350 and got a junk yard car. I thought by accident they sent the wrong tree, no that wasn’t the case. It is the most outlandish false advertising I’ve ever seen. You also have to pay to return it. There’s nothing they can say besides not false advertise in the future. They need to put the real picture on the website of what the trees actually look like. Do not waste your money. You would be better off going to Walmart.

I recently order the basic silver tree and received over the weekend and very disappointed. I paid $130 plus tax and received a tree that looks worse than my Walmart tree. Very shabby and thin looks NOTHING like the picture. False advertisement. I called and spoke to customer service and was told only option is to ship tree back and pay $17.00 for return label. A supervisor by the name of Sara called me back, very rude and dismissive. She told me the owner, Bernie no last name said, just ship back and she provided a NJ address. Bad business ad will never shop here again, 1st and last time!

Ordered two trees totalling ~ $450, received confirmation email later indicating the wrong options had been applied. Called to get order corrected only to be told that since we'd missed the generous 30 minute window for order corrections the order could be neither changed nor canceled and re-done, we'd have to wait to receive it and send it back for an exchange and wait for replacement, and we'd have to print out a shipping label we'd receive by email and we'd also have to pay for it, even though they had screwed up the order and we were printing the label. It was 'policy'. So we canceled the entire order, will return it when it arrives, eat the label fee and buy somewhere else (Balsam Hill). Enjoy your policy. Maybe after you

The most beautiful tree we have ever owned.
I bought their Alexander Fir tree, 7.5ft and unlit. I didn't want a lit tree because the lights always die within a couple of years and then the tree is useless. Unlit you just buy a string of lights and replace as needed. I had high hopes for this tree because of all the reviews. Boy this beauty did not disappoint!
Honestly I'd pay full price for this tree. It looks so so real! I've had compliments from several people saying it's the best tree they've ever seen. I'm so happy and will definitely be a tree to last 10yrs at least.
I love my tree. It arrived very quickly. The box was beat up I was afraid it would be damaged but it wasn't. I got the 7.5 ft black tree and it looks exactly like it does on the internet. With 2020 being so challenging in so many ways, I chose to do a Black Lives Matter tree. My vision was excuted beautifully and everyone LOVES the tree, especially me. Well worth the purchase. My only negative comment would be the lights do look yellowish instead of white. I paid extra for white lights which I could have saved on. But, overall I LOVE MY TREE!!! Already thinking of my color scheme for next year!!

The service was wonderful. We have not opened the box yet, I will add to the review when we do set up the tree. The website was easy to navigate, pictures were vibrant and clear. The description was very informative. I was always informed where my order was from when the order was placed until it was delivered. Plus it was delivered in three days. I was very pleased with Treetopia.
False Advertisement on the return policy. Says if outside the 30 days there would be a 20 percent restocking fee. They do not honor this.
