Quality was disappointing

The lock on the watch box was slanted. 1 out of the 2 watch box keys could not fit and work. Rather disappointed.

Product was good when it arrived

Product was good when it arrived. One thing was that the delivery was expected to be 3-4 days, but it took quite a bit more than that to arrive. However, to give the benefit of the doubt it was not their dispatch that took long but the transits, and i’m guessing it’s 3-4 business days, excluding weekends. plus i’m an overseas customer so all in all was a great experience, will watch for the material over time !

Chanced upon Trendhim while looking for a gift for my husband online. They have a variety of items. I decided to buy a bracelet. Delivery took a week and when the item came it was too big for my husband. So I had to do an exchange. The replacement came within a week which was really fast despite me not returning the bigger bracelet yet and the bracelet quality is really good. I love They have a 365 days return policy.
