First of all I read your Reviews and that is what made me call. I was greeted by a kind and friendly voice over the phone. The representative’s name was Serenity and she really handle her business with me. She made me feel at ease and explained everything so clearly that I felt so much better after the call. 5 stars. I got a quote that was better than the previous call thank you so much Serenity😇

Customer service EXPERT! Human EXPERT! Highly recommend this company for travel insurance. Kendall reached out when I was having an issue processing payment. Turns out I also had questions he was able to answer immediately. Also give me some tips for printing documents, what to travel with, and who to call with which kind of questions. Best customer service I have received in a long time.

I got a variety of quotes for travel insurance for my upcoming trip. The first agent was good but Samantha, the second agent who helped me, was outstanding. She really gave me pertinent information and helped make my future plans feel more secure.
