From an outdated logo to an entire logo change, we've continued to trust Triple Crown Products as they never disappoint! One of the greatest benefits, you essentially have your own dedicated specialist to help meet all of your needs and exceed your expectations. Ramon Acevedo, our assigned specialist, has been a huge asset to not only the ordering process but our long-standing business relationship as well! Thank you!
Darren was responsive and followed up quickly. He helped me through from start to finish. TCP came thru exceeding my expectations in executing my order and expeditious delivery!!! I would highly recommend.
I had a very bad experience with another associate at the company last year and was hesitant to use them again for my company's t-shirts. But I decided to give them another try this year because we had been using Triple Crown for years. This year it was totally different, due to my sales rep Michelle Kramer. She was very pleasant to work with, knowledgeable, quick to respond to calls, emails and follow-up. She is a huge asset to the company and her service has won me back as a customer.
Michelle was very helpful in assisting our business order the quantities and styles of each promotional apparel item we needed. There is always thorough communication and the products are received in a very timely manner. We have been very satisfied with everything we have ordered from Triple Crown Products! Excellent customer service and quality products!
Customer service here is exceptional. Michelle is always on top of her game, making sure all of my I's are dotted and T's are crossed. We are last minute orderers and Michelle always delivers. This ordered we wanted to add to our Logo, Michelle got the right people on the job and they did a fabulous job getting the add just right. We are so pleased with how the backpacks came out, everyone just loves them. Thank you Michelle and your team.

Good product options and easy personalization done in such a way to provide confidence in the final product before I even receive it.
