Working with Jeremiah Johnson has been a pleasure. He always makes placing orders easy, from artwork, suggestions on new and existing products. Savannah Bumphrey in the art department is fantastic to work with.
I've been working with Ramon Acevedo, who has supported all of our hat, and shirt requests. Each order has allowed our Site to elevate our events with appropriate rewards and gifts.
Triple Crown Products provided our company with quality products again this year. Service was great and turn around time met our expectations. Michelle Kramer provided us with exceptional customer service. We purchase products yearly from this company and have always been satisfied.
Our company has used Triple Crown over the years and have been very pleased with the products. Our sales specialist Michelle Kramer is very easy to work with, professional, accommodating, and very pleasant. She confirms our needs are met and checks in with me periodically through out the year. She is one of the key factors why we stay with the company. Looking forward to years of a continued business relationship.
I had an amazing experience as per usual thanks to Brett Gaspard! His customer service was exceptional from start to finish — professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Brett always takes the time to listen, he answered all my questions, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of quickly and efficiently. It’s rare to come across someone who truly cares about providing great service, but Brett exceeded my expectations. I left feeling valued and completely satisfied. Highly recommend!
Our company has successfully placed a few orders this year with Triple Crown. Michelle Kramer makes finding the right products for our employees and customers a breeze! This year all our employee gifting is being produced by Triple Crown and we have already started to receive many different items. Michelle takes us through the process from start to finish and is always upbeat and quick to assist!
