We have used Tripmasters several times for our travels. We just got back from Peru yesterday and cant say enough nice words about them. Our trip went very smoothly with all the flights, hotel stays, connections. They even arranged for a guide for us at Machu Pichu. They had representatives at every location to meet up with us and transfer us to our next destination. The hotels were centrally located and within walking distance to the historic sites in Cusco and they put us up in the Miraflores neighborhood in Lima. Will definitely use them again and would highly recommend

This is our third trip with Tripmasters and on every one the staff at Tripmasters was helpful with all aspects, including one trip where flights were cancelled. Tripmasters ensured our hotel was notified along with car services for airport to hotel transfers.

Can’t say enough, how wonderful the service was from start to finish with Tripmasters, on my 24 day dream holiday to Italy.
From the moment I called them they made my holiday planning easy.
They are very informative and helpful plus pleasant to speak too. Guided me through the steps with ease on line. Easy to reach after work & each representative I spoke to were really pleasant and helpful to help me complete, my Italy holiday from, Milano, to Lake Como, Venice, Florence, Rome, with first class trains to each of the cities above, and with a wide range of wonderful hotels to choose from in each of the Cities, then they booked me a car in Rome to drive the south of Italy, and back up through the Amalfi Coast to Naples, finishing in Rome.
I’ll be using Tripmasters definitely again, very soon for any more European or around the world holidays.

I love TripMasters. I have used them over a dozen times for international travel and always had a great experience. On several occasions when issues have arisen, including cancelled flights, and once a railroad workers strike, TripMasters has acted early and helpfully to resolve the situation. I recommend TripMasters very often to friends. The app could get a little better functionally but the pricing and customer support is always fabulous.

We enjoyed being able to customize our trip to our preferences. The hotels were comfortable, and the flights were convenient. The only problem we had was that the rental car company is charging us $2500 for a tiny scratch.

Customer service is always great, and hotel choices were good. My only negative comment is on the excursions part of the website. Why are we unable to select and save the types of tours we are interested. As it stands now you have to, each time you are searching, unclick all the tour types you are not interested in. This is very arduous, and you have to do this EVERY time you do a search. This should be an easy fix, not sure why you don’t attend to that. Even your agents agree this needs to be fixed.

Well planned out, good suggestions for accommodations, good airport transport. We found the tours we booked at the hotel better than the ones booked in advance. Also, allow more time in some places like Iguazu Falls.
